Fast forward to 12/31/24 when I walked out with new dentures. in March I dropped the bottom denture, breaking it. They made me a new dentures from and did not charge me. Now on 10/13, I was eating a piece of roast beef and the replacement denture broke in the same exact location as the first one. I went back, they repaired my denture charging me $149.00 to glue it back together. I tried expressing my frustration with the dentist, he was simply getting to frustrated with me, so I walked out. My concern is the 2 bottom dentures breaking for different reasons but in the same exact spot. The dentist tells me they will probably break again and all he could offer me was a hard reline and that may not work. so I bargained in good faith with Aspen, paying over $3000.00 for new dentures and the bottome one is going to keep breaking. What is wrong with this picture? I will never go back there again. Now I have to go to a different dental office to have a new bottom denture made. The dentist in this office is very unprofessional.

this place is absolutely horrendous. the office lady at the location is cold and not helpful. the…read moreoffice staff and the call center gives conflicting instructions and just blame each other. they do not know what they are doing and cannot keep track of appointments, leaving the patients to waste their time and to suffer through pain for weeks. after reading through other reviews here and on Google it appears that it was a good thing that they erroneously canceled my appointment because it seems like they are legally or possibly illegally extorting people for their money with unnecessary treatments and what sounds like fake charges on top of that. I would go to literally any other dentist besides Aspen dental. you might think they will get you in quicker or be more convenient but read these reviews, you'll wind up getting pushed out for weeks due to errors, there are reports that they force people to have other treatments before they will agree to do what the person came there for, even if they are in extreme pain, and the staff does not care in the least. don't believe anything they say. I hope some of these patients that have left reviews sue this place and I hope they get rid of the cold unhelpful lady that works the counter. I hope the whole place goes under so they can't torment and extort any more people

I had gone to Fr. Freedus for both myself and my daughter several times over the course of more…read morethan 10 years. I was never too impressed with Dr. Freedus and things only became worse. The office workers at first were not too pleasant but after going for a few years they did become a lot nicer. We actually had to drive 2 hours each way to see Dr. Freedus. The last time I saw him, he told me to stop clenching my hand as the extractions, "did not hurt". I actually thought it did, but Dr. Freedus knows how I feel better than I myself do. He then stopped the extraction and told me that he will stop and not complete the extraction if he sees my hand get tense. I am actually a person who has a very high tolerance for pain and have no fear of extractions or any dental work. We did find a far better Oral Surgeon. My daughter had to have her wisdom teeth extracted and the place we went to is wonderful. Everyone is pleasant and professional. I think Dr. Freedus needs to retire and take it easy some place.

The first time I had a wisdom tooth pulled when I was pregnant and while I ended up with dry socket, they were quick to get me back in to fix the issue. The most recent visit was last week when I had to get another tooth pulled. The hygienist made sure I was nice and numb and I was extremely nervous but Dr. Freedus was great! It literally took him 2 minutes to get my tooth out and I didn't feel a thing. It's healing great so far. The staff there are all nice, especially Dr. Freedus.

I only felt a pinch and it was over in no time. Best decision ever and I recommend this office 1000% I have no dental insurance and I am so grateful that I didn't have to pay thousands of dollars and I got immediate relief of pain. & I didn't need a referral. It's the next day and i have no pain at all and I am so thankful to be pain free and have all that pressure on my mouth gone.

When a tooth recently cracked, and I wanted to get a crown on it, I needed to have an impacted wisdom tooth removed so the crown could sit properly. Not surprisingly, my dental anxiety showed up immediately and in full force the moment I found out I was going to have to have not one, but three wisdom teeth removed. And this was after having a preventative root canal performed on the tooth that needed a crown. So a root canal, then the removal of three wisdom teeth, and then crown - proof that all bad things come in threes! Or. So. I. Thought. I went into my appointment today at 8 am and by 8:20 am the procedure had begun and by 9:30 it was finished. The person who recommended Dr. Doriot to me had all four of his wisdom teeth removed by him as well and said he never felt any pain during the recovery period. I thought this was perhaps a small exaggeration, after all, how can they rip teeth out of your head and have it be painless...especially after the drugs wear off. But, surprisingly, this was exactly my experience as well. I am writing this review about 12 hours after the procedure and I feel such indescribable relief due to having the procedure completed and being in no pain at any point in the process. The cherry on top of this perfect dental experience? Dr. Doriot called me on my cell phone a few minutes ago to ask me how I was feeling and to answer any questions I had about future dental care (of which I had many). I thanked him for the kind gesture and he said that he "can't sleep until he knows his patients are doing well." It is so readily apparent how much Dr. Doriot cares about both his patients and the quality of his work. In a world shifting to tele-health and requiring that doctors track their time in the way that lawyers handle their billable hours, Dr. Doriot is a refreshing throwback to a bygone age when the primary concern of medical practitioners was more about the patient experience rather than the vice grip placed on them by complying with the never-ending requirements placed on them by most insurance companies today. TL;DR: Had three wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Doriot 12 hours ago. I am a big baby, at no point was in any pain at all (fingers crossed) and Dr. Doriot called me personally to check in and answer any and all questions I have. You won't find a better oral surgery experience than the one offered by this practice.

I've seen Dr.  Bayoumy as a patient a few times now and he's been phenomenal. So when my son needed a specialist to check his wisdom teeth I didn't even hesitate at requesting a referral for Dr. B for him as well.  Unfortunately, with my own appointments and now my son's, the office staff has dropped the ball too many times. Focusing only on the current issue with my son; not only did his dentist have to send the referral twice to even get them to schedule the appointment in the first place, the day after confirming his appointment (almost a month after making the appt) I received a follow up confirmation text for a completely different appointment time. When I called to ask why I was getting a confirmation text for a different time, I was told "I don't know, do you want the new appointment, or no?" completely dismissing my inquiry as to why nobody called me to request or confirm the reschedule. As to not further delay him getting checked, I agreed.  Less than 24 hours later, at 7:30am the day of the appointment, I received a text asking if I had a copy of the referral. I explained that I did not, because it was sent directly before they would even let me schedule the appointment in the first place. I was then told they didn't have it and would "try to get it" before his appointment that I've now had to take a whole day off of work for. I'd had this happen at my original appointment which delayed my appointment by almost a week so I told them to cancel the appointment.  I've been a medical receptionist for 3 years. This is not only inconsiderate, but honestly just flat out poor patient care. Again, Dr. Bayoumy is amazing, which is why I've tolerated the consistent incompetence by office staff in regards to insurance, scheduling, and communication, but I'm afraid we will be seeking care elsewhere.  I'm sure losing one or two patients won't hurt you guys (not my intention), but as previously stated, as someone who works in healthcare, it's careless and just disappointing.
