A Google search led me to Dr. Bronsky whom answered the emergency line at 9pm. I explained the situation and he was thoughtful and caring. We coordinated an appointment for Monday morning and he personally handled the situation. His staff was professional, caring and friendly. I read the prior reviews from years ago but can attest I don't recognize the practice described in the posts. Highly recommend. I have a happy kid again.

I called Dr Bronsky's office to see if they could see him and estimate repairs. They flat refused to see or schedule him. Not at all helpful, borderline rude. I later contacted Dr Kraut's office and the asst saw him immediately, but did not have the right tools to effect repairs, but gave us some dental wax as a temporary fix. Later, Dr Caruso's office did see him the next AM and ground down the sharp end and inspected the appliance. Neither office charged us for the effort and were friendly, cheery, and nice to my kid the whole time. Decide for yourself - who do you want to pay $5000 for braces to? Which office is going to schedule you in when there's a problem with your braces? The choice is yours - I am just reciting our experience with all 3 offices.

I called before time and honestly winter gave me problem with my car tires at a snow blizzard. I have a nurse to drive my car since I have drop wrist and foot. I can't risk her life either. I cancelled so that way at least someone else could use the appointments. I have serious medical issue and it's not easy for me to live. I also have an irregular heart when I cx my first appointment. I cannot control my neuromuscular disease as MS. A lot of doctors understand this and know how to accomplish patients needs. I'm surprised as a family practice this is permitted . The manager should go back to school and retouch her education, how to treat elderly and permeability disabled patient. I questioned him why, and he said that the vaccine does not interact with COVID antibodies, which suggests to me that he has already had COVID. At the next visit, after he kept me waiting over 30 minutes, I chose to leave. I decided not to return since I expect my health care professionals to abide by the current guidelines set by the CDC and Dept of Health. If you don't care about COVID exposure, then he may be a good choice for you. Not for me.

She listens to me about my needs and helps me to get the care I need, even when I don't necessarily want it. She is the best doctor I have ever had hands down. She is responsive when I call with an ear infection or something else. Love the care I get here. Courtney is amazing at drawing blood. I love the check in nurses/assistant's. The front office personnel are also very professional and friendly. If you can get in as a patient here I promise you won't regret it for a single minute.
