We coordinated an appointment for Monday morning and he personally handled the situation. His staff was professional, caring and friendly. I read the prior reviews from years ago but can attest I don't recognize the practice described in the posts. Highly recommend. I have a happy kid again.

I called Dr Bronsky's office to see if they could see him and estimate repairs. They flat refused to see or schedule him. Not at all helpful, borderline rude. I later contacted Dr Kraut's office and the asst saw him immediately, but did not have the right tools to effect repairs, but gave us some dental wax as a temporary fix. Later, Dr Caruso's office did see him the next AM and ground down the sharp end and inspected the appliance. Neither office charged us for the effort and were friendly, cheery, and nice to my kid the whole time. Decide for yourself - who do you want to pay $5000 for braces to? Which office is going to schedule you in when there's a problem with your braces? The choice is yours - I am just reciting our experience with all 3 offices.

I felt incredibly comfortable in his obviously experienced care and the ortho process, as well, was very comfortable! I wore a headgear for approximately 6 months at night. I wore braces for 6 months. When they had any issue I returned to the office and was greeted warmly. After that I was fitted with a retainer. Third, he is far more experienced with Invisalign than any other orthodontist in the Binghamton area and he even explained how they are the preferred method for aligning my teeth when other docs said that Invisalign would never even work on my teeth. Overall, I could not be more happy. He has two offices. One in Binghamton and one in Endicott and NO they are not big fancy plush offices with game rooms and espresso machines and bubble gum flavored latex exam gloves. Hallelujah!
