Dr. Evans said that I needed two teeth filled because cavities formed next to the old fillings. She…read moreremoved the cavities and filled them. She billed the insurance company the wrong tooth number on one of the teeth. I felt that she didn't place the fillings in well so I decided to go to another dentist my next visit. This dentist claimed that Dr. Evans took too much of the tooth out when filling the cavity, sacrificing the structure of the tooth on both teeth and thus I needed crowns on both of them. In addition, this dentist stated that she did not completely remove the cavity from one of the teeth. I decided to obtain a second opinion from another dentist and he confirmed that both teeth needed crowns because there was too much of the tooth structure removed when Dr. Evans removed the cavity and filled it and it may break in the future.

I tried for days to get in to any dentist and hit a brick wall at every turn. I called Walton Dental on Friday and explained the situation and although full, they graciously squeezed me in. They were so incredibly kind and understanding and made sure I was taken care of and followed up to make sure the referral went through! They are AMAZING!!!!! He advises exactly what treatments I need for myself and children. My youngest child had a root canal done and as a mother I was nervous but Dr. Aives assured me everything would be fine and he could have not been more correct, my son was so calm throughout the treatments.
