I had gone to Fr. Freedus for both myself and my daughter several times over the course of more…read morethan 10 years. I was never too impressed with Dr. Freedus and things only became worse. The office workers at first were not too pleasant but after going for a few years they did become a lot nicer. We actually had to drive 2 hours each way to see Dr. Freedus. The last time I saw him, he told me to stop clenching my hand as the extractions, "did not hurt". I actually thought it did, but Dr. Freedus knows how I feel better than I myself do. He then stopped the extraction and told me that he will stop and not complete the extraction if he sees my hand get tense. I am actually a person who has a very high tolerance for pain and have no fear of extractions or any dental work. We did find a far better Oral Surgeon. My daughter had to have her wisdom teeth extracted and the place we went to is wonderful. Everyone is pleasant and professional. I think Dr. Freedus needs to retire and take it easy some place.

The first time I had a wisdom tooth pulled when I was pregnant and while I ended up with dry socket, they were quick to get me back in to fix the issue. The most recent visit was last week when I had to get another tooth pulled. The hygienist made sure I was nice and numb and I was extremely nervous but Dr. Freedus was great! It literally took him 2 minutes to get my tooth out and I didn't feel a thing. It's healing great so far. The staff there are all nice, especially Dr. Freedus.

Aspen Dental refused and the pain seemed to be getting worse with each passing minute. Pain enough to bring tears. The receptionist wanted nothing more that to help but she could only point me in the right direction. Thanks I was losing all hope. The tooth was removed and it was by far the best dentist I have ever experienced. Minimal post op bleeding did not even saturate the first gauze.

So, I left, but not before I scheduled another appointment. I told them 35 minutes was my limit. Maybe the third time will be the charm, and I will actually get to see someone that can help me with my dental issues. Here's hoping.

I believe that they were competent even though a few radiographs had to be retaken by a trainee. Now the bad. I have never had anywhere NEAR as many radiographic views/exposures in all of my years of dentistry (and they are a lot of years). When it came time for the $$ shock and the upsells (here is a screening you might want, here is a substance we could use, here is a medicine that could help) which came to $1000 (for an asymptomatic patient with a few erosions and some plaque) I said, "Hey, how about I just stick with the basic cleaning my insurance covers?" I was told no, that they could not possibly do a basic cleaning, and that I would have to pay nearly $500 for the advanced ultrasound cleaning first. It's one thing to upsell, but another entirely to refuse a patient basic care because I don't want to pay for suggested bells and whistles. Stay FAR away.
