The office workers at first were not too pleasant but after going for a few years they did become a lot nicer. We actually had to drive 2 hours each way to see Dr. Freedus. The last time I saw him, he told me to stop clenching my hand as the extractions, "did not hurt". I actually thought it did, but Dr. Freedus knows how I feel better than I myself do. He then stopped the extraction and told me that he will stop and not complete the extraction if he sees my hand get tense. I am actually a person who has a very high tolerance for pain and have no fear of extractions or any dental work. We did find a far better Oral Surgeon. My daughter had to have her wisdom teeth extracted and the place we went to is wonderful. Everyone is pleasant and professional. I think Dr. Freedus needs to retire and take it easy some place.
