After being a patient for 35-40 years, charged me an extra $100 for cleaning after THEY cancelled my appointment and could not give me another one before I went away for a few months , even tho I explained I was going away, was told to call when I get back .I did, Went to appointment appointment and 3 months later got a bill charging me extra for being over the required time frame.. Called the office and tried to explain, was told manager was not there and could not talk to Dr Bleier about this. So I wrote a letter explaining and went away for 3 months. . Came back and had two letters, one was a bill again and other was notice of turning me into collection agency, Called and Tried to explain and discuss, however manager Linda, rude , yelled and hung up on me. . Unfortunately, after being a patient for almost 40 years, maintaining my schedule of periodontal maintenance, ALWAYS always paying my bills on time, this is the way I was treated .Will not feel comfortable in returning to this office. Will only make appointments for ESTABLISHED patients 3 weeks ahead of time, yet if you can not come within the 6 month time frame, they penalize and charge you extra money for routine cleaning. As I was told "it doesn't matter if you are one day over the 6 month timeline , we charge you extra .

But the front desk lady Nancy was absolutely rude and unprofessional but not answering my phone and refusing to schedule me. I missed 2 appointment not willingly. First time I told her in the phone call that I was traveling, and she said it was fine to see the doctor. So I drove 1 hour (I live in Ithaca) down to his office and when someone was checking me in I told them again I was traveling and that person said I wasn't allowed to come in (I said I called and that person said it's fine, but the person said they are sorry but can't let me in). I had to drive back for 1 hour. Second time my roommate was tested positive for COVID and I called immediately the office to let them know I need to be quarantined for 2 weeks and they said I could schedule later. After I got cleared and I got vaccines, (I know Dr. Bleier with older age he wants to make sure patients are careful and I wanted to create a safe environment for the doctor) I called them again and the front desk lady Nancy won't schedule me again because I "cancelled" 2 of my appointment. I'm an Asian college student and I feel very offended and discriminated. I tried to call them again, but the front desk lady Nancy just pretended she couldn't hear me and hang up. I now can't connect to their office anymore.

If you notice this as ask about it, there is an 'opps' and its removed from your bill. Check your bill closely for random charges for questionable services rendered. Lastly and probably the worst situation is how Dr W treats his staff. He is condescending, rude, crude and sexist. They are embarrassed and fear his footsteps coming down the hall. On the flipside, Dr Grossman is a wonderful, kind, thoughtful, and highly skilled dentist. He keeps this office a float. Maybe he can be cloned!

Appointments seemed to be double-booked -- I waited far past my scheduled time more than once, and it was obvious they were trying to move patients through as quickly as possible. The quality of work did not meet my expectations. I felt like my concerns weren't taken seriously, and procedures felt hurried rather than careful and thorough. Communication was poor, and I often felt like I was being upsold instead of genuinely cared for. Don't bother calling the office either, you will be put on a hold loop, sent to multiple places to end the call!

I've been a client of Dr Kamodia for a while now and had to have several procedures done including…read morean implant and both permanent and removable bridges. Dr Kamodia and his staff are very professional, caring and gentle. They provide routine dental care and complex procedures. The office atmosphere is very calming and I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for an appointment. Dr Kamodia's daughter has recently joined the practice (as a dentist) and is a welcome addition. I definitely recommend this office to everyone!
