Marissa, the hygienist that took care of me today was beyond excellent. She explained everything that was going to happen at this appointment, step by step and examination by a dentist. X-rays, cleaning, "buffing', flouride treatment, oral cancer check. I never had such a thorough "power wash" and examination/evaluation of my teeth before. Plus I got entered into a $50 drawing for movie tickets, a mug, chapstick, toothbrush and toothpaste. I took a complimentary cup of coffee and cookie for the road when I left. Sherilyn at checkout was so pleasant as well as those that came in the room to help with the X-rays, etc. I left there feeling happy with my choice of dental office.

UN-fortunately I have a good amount of bone loss, and even some gum disease- that caused this current infection. SMOKING and COFFEE have had a poor effect on my 61 year old mouth. I was prescribed an antibiotic and advised on some better hygiene methods that would improve my gum health. I was never made to feel dirty or dumb! Though of course I need to stop smoking! I made an appointment for a cleaning-(it was so affordable I was angry I waited!) By the time my cleaning came around, the infection was healed. But the true highlight WAS my cleaning. The technician was professional and really took the effort to explain things and to make sure I was comfortable. She took the extra effort to really clean even my most coffee stained lower front teeth. I was worried the lady's hands would get tired!
