So, I left, but not before I scheduled another appointment. I told them 35 minutes was my limit. Maybe the third time will be the charm, and I will actually get to see someone that can help me with my dental issues. Here's hoping.

I believe that they were competent even though a few radiographs had to be retaken by a trainee. Now the bad. I have never had anywhere NEAR as many radiographic views/exposures in all of my years of dentistry (and they are a lot of years). When it came time for the $$ shock and the upsells (here is a screening you might want, here is a substance we could use, here is a medicine that could help) which came to $1000 (for an asymptomatic patient with a few erosions and some plaque) I said, "Hey, how about I just stick with the basic cleaning my insurance covers?" I was told no, that they could not possibly do a basic cleaning, and that I would have to pay nearly $500 for the advanced ultrasound cleaning first. It's one thing to upsell, but another entirely to refuse a patient basic care because I don't want to pay for suggested bells and whistles. Stay FAR away.

I reviewed this dental practice back in 2017 after a negative experience. I am happy to say that…read morethings have improved, though there is still room for more. I believe I saw Dr Nguyen, but it's hard to say because he is masked all the time and never introduced himself; neither do the the hygienists or the desk staff ever mention his name. Odd, but he's a good dentist, so I guess that's all right. My only complaint is that the wait times between appointments are woefully long; I have had two cleanings with outstanding work still needing doing and will probably have another before my issues are completely resolved. Also, getting prescriptions out of them is a hassle; I have extremely sensitive teeth on the left side of my mouth and one time they gave me something for the pain and refused to refill it so I had to go to my PCP; same deal for antibiotics because the dentist said no problems showed on the x-rays.

In my entire 60 years I've never dealt with a worse dental group than these guys. The. Worst. We'd check with the pharmacy and they'd tell us they didn't receive anything. We'd call the dentist and they'd tell us it was sent in...it was never sent in. Additionally, trying to call to get an appointment or cancel an appt. Is all but impossible...unless you have 15-20 minutes to stay on the phone listening to their hold music. After getting sick I had to cancel an appt as I didn't want to get anyone else sick. I called numerous times two days before the scheduled appt. and never got through. I finally left a message. Apparently they don't listen to those because the day after my scheduled appt they called to tell me I was no longer their patient. Now we're left without a dentist (probably for the best because they're terrible) but hopefully this will save others from their terrible treatment. Now I have two cracked molars, haven't been able to eat for 3 days due to pain and they refused to give me a referral to see another dentist so I can get them pulled out! Avoid this place at all costs!

Honestly that there are things you cant control, especially if you are disable with muscular disease, Ms it is not convenient and easy for sick patient to come and see adequate Dr office or dentist. Real doctors know this when we take our promise oath to care. why do we bother to go to school if we don't practice what we learn. I work 35 years as a registered nurse and assist Dr for surgery and I never felt so offended and disrespected in my life. I called before time and honestly winter gave me problem with my car tires at a snow blizzard. I have a nurse to drive my car since I have drop wrist and foot. I can't risk her life either. I cancelled so that way at least someone else could use the appointments. I have serious medical issue and it's not easy for me to live. I also have an irregular heart when I cx my first appointment. I cannot control my neuromuscular disease as MS. A lot of doctors understand this and know how to accomplish patients needs. I'm surprised as a family practice this is permitted . The manager should go back to school and retouch her education, how to treat elderly and permeability disabled patient. You are reported with false advertisement care and refusing to treat a patient is neglecting patient needs. Thank you.

I never had any questions as they explained everything up front including next appoint and cost. It's no wonder I had to wait a few months fro my first appointment as this is the place to go to in this area, IMHO.
