Here's a hospital system that doesn't even deserve a star as a whole they went from world class to…read morelast class, the only thing they excel at is ordering useless expensive tests by unqualified NP's or PA's that are not Dr's and you can't see a Dr unless you can wait 6 months and for the most part the only Dr's they hire goes with the old joke "What do you call the doctor that finished last in their class? Doctor" as a whole this once great hospital system has been destroyed by poor management and greed, drive to Albany or Binghamton don't put your life in their hands, absolutely useless as a health care network all they want to do is continuously order useless and irrelevant tests to drive up billable expenses and CURE NOTHING nor do they help patients they are only all about the Benjamin's and don't care about patients. Nasty miserable people and when you call them, what a joke you speak to someone in the Phillipines that doesn't speak English and their billing department is now their also and WOW what a joke that is they specialize in new math 2+2=100 haven't received a bill that was right since billing went to Philippines. Not to mention notice they haven't claimed this on yelp if they did, they would have 0 stars what a joke

I've had some problems with nurses and hygiene, but as long as you watch to make sure that they wash their hands properly, you should be fine. The urgent care now requires an appointment, so it isn't very convenient.

Regardless I have never had to wait long at all to receive service whether I am seeing by a PA or an NP I am always treated with professional compassionate Care I have been a nurse for 41 years and I have to say that they're always on the money in what clinically diagnosed and the medications if needed prescribed. Everyone from the front desk to the medical assistance everyone that you come into contact there is always friendly and professional I rather go there than to my primary and sometimes I usually do oops I don't know if I'm supposed to say that I highly recommend them for excellent clinical care

BEWARE!!! This WellNow Urgent Care is in my network, but…read morethe doctors are not. My daughter is in college and came down with Bronchitis, so she went to WellNow in April of 2024 because they are in my network, confirmed by my health insurance. WellNow charged my daughter out-of-network cost of $165 for her visit which should have been in-network and only $15. After repeated phone calls with WellNow billing department they admitted that the visit should have been in-network and only $15 and would reimburse my daughter the $150 she is owed in 30-45 days. After months, they still had not reimbursed my daughter so I spoke with my insurance company who contacted WellNow billing department on my behalf and my insurance called me back to say it has been corrected and that WellNow will reimburse my daughter the $150 within 45 days. As of today, 08/28/2024, not only has WellNow not reimbursed my daughter, but I received a bill in the mail from Doctor Krystyna Koryzma, who treated my daughter, for out-of-network expenses of $334, in addition. How is this even possible??? My daughter goes to an in-network urgent care for serious issues but the doctors that work there are not in-network? My daughter should have been informed prior to treatment. How is it this doctor is not billing through WellNow so it is in-network? If one does not pay their doctor bill after 4 months, I'm sure WellNow would threaten collections. I am completely disgusted by the WellNow Urgent Care professionalism and their very questionable billing. Christopher R. Katonah, NY

'Desiree' checked us in but was quick to tell us it would "be a while because they were doing reports." We sat in the empty waiting room....for over 30 min with no one updating us on when he might be seen...in the EMERGENCY ROOM. His pain getting worse I stepped up and asked Desiree if she knew how much longer we'd be waiting as we'd been there for over 30 min. and his pain was increasing. (Waiting rm still empty except us). Desiree immediately snapped at me "You don't need to come up here with all that attitude!" (The only 'attitude' I had was concern for my husband and at no time during that interaction did I so much as raise my voice. I simply asked the question). Desiree then informed me that there was a shift change going on and we'd have to wait! In the empty EMERGENCY ROOM. I went back and updated my husband who by this time was doubled over. I stood up and asked Desiree if she knew how much longer they'd be before he'd be seen. "How am I suppose to know?" She snapped at me. My husband had enough and stood up to leave telling Desiree that it was crazy to show up in the ER and be forced to wait over 30 minutes in his condition because of 'reports' being done and shift changes. Bottom line: Fox Hospital EMERGENCY ROOM is the WORST! If you're having an emergency please avoid it at all costs, especially at 7:00am when apparently 'reports' & 'shift changes' outweigh the health and safety of patients having true emergencies. Side bar, Desiree literally covered her name tag up with her hand when I asked for her name. She finally uncovered her first name when the security guard walked over. We will be calling Bassett later today to report her and the poor excuse for an EMERGENCY ROOM.
