We had some issues with the delivery and the instructions after the measuring guy came out…read more The holes were not cut square for the sink, and the cutouts for the cooktop and holes for the faucets were either not in the middle of the bar sink, or too far back towards the backsplash they were going to install. However, when they delivered the island stone, and the kitchen backsplash, they did fix the cooktop cutout and the faucet holes (good thing my faucets have a flared base to cover). Overall, I'm happy with the results. There were just some moments of high stress. The pricing is straightforward and very reasonable!

A subcontractor came out a month later, March 25, 2025 and measured. I've called Stone Trends and the subcontractor who keeps saying "I promise I'm going to get to you" I think two months later he could have squeezed me in for a small job that happened 3 months ago. Stone Trends needs to keep their word to me, its too late to keep patient.

Worst experience I've ever had with a service provider. I had disconnected and separated my counter…read morebefore they arrived to install the new one and the two adult male installers refused to help me lift up the existing countertop that was already uninstalled. Then K & D countertops told me over the phone that they charge over $300 for a removal and take away and they would charge the same amount just to help me lift it even if they didn't take it away. I spoke to manager Steve, who was also of no help and clearly not very experienced in the field, based on the conversation I had with him. My husband is a disabled veteran. I will leave it at that. They charge more than their competitors for the same product. Look elsewhere while you still can.
