He treated the one area for a reasonable price, sealed up the holes, and did additional treatment in some wall areas around drains etc for no extra charge. A few weeks pass, and we start noticing the bugs again. Not a problem; we obviously need the gel as well. Surely they have it by now I text an appointment request. It's scheduled almost 2 weeks later. Not ideal, but maybe they're busy.....It's a no call, no show! I text, call the next day. The office mgr, Lisa, texts back and apologizes. Someone will be there on Monday. (It was Friday.) Again, no call, no show! I text, call repeatedly for MONTHS. No one ever got back to me. Not once. My last text was January 11th, 2021. To this day, I haven't heard from anyone. I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Don't waste your money, or your time with them. I told her that's really ridiculous there's no communication and an inconvenience since we have to make arrangements with child care and prep the apartment and her response was no it isn't. And I'm not going to deal with you and hung up on me. Not even I do apologize for the confusion.. nothing... even if they don't communicate the email should state that and to only contact your company for scheduling. Plus this company never sent me an email to confirm the date .. until a few minutes after I called to complain that no one showed up.

Once we met with Tony, he tried to laugh off the incident saying things like this happen and tried to con us into letting him do an additional service in place of compensating us for the hole. After arguing with him for a while, he finally agreed to pay us. The workers came in, partially did the job, then our HOA fired them. Good riddance! Also Tony is very difficult to understand as you almost need subtitles to know what he's saying. He also changes the subject when he wants to and isn't a good listener. The only bright spot is April, the office manager. Unfortunately you can't do much when the guy in charge is a bonehead. Stay away from Rid A Mite. You'll want to get Rid of Them!
