Excellent selection. Chocolate tasted great. The nice people even labeled the individual chocolates for us so we did not mix them up. It's is busy inside, and a little small but it worth it!

We went here while visiting Gettysburg. The store is just a few doors down from the square in the center of town. We went here to get some ice cream. They had maybe a dozen flavors, all of which I think they made locally. I tried 2 flavors, both chocolate based, and they were really good. The store itself was really cool too. They had a turn of the century bar made of wood and marble that was cool. These guys also make chocolates, and although I didn't have any, they looked amazing. You can walk directly from this store into the Christmas store next door, which was cool. The only thing I didn't like was the small serving sizes of the ice cream. The smallest was like the size of a golf ball, maybe smaller. I wanted to try 2 kinds of ice cream so I had to get the largest or second largest one to do this. I would definitely go back; I have to imagine they have the best ice cream in town.

Despite the name chocolate market this is not a candy store but a latte and ice cream shop that sells candy. What candy they do have seams way overpriced. It's also much smaller than I expected. However I love the architecture of this little shop. There are little tables to sit and consume your items. Just up the steps is the far larger Christmas store that's open year around. Both stores are heavy German themed with many of the Christmas items coming directly from Germany. Like the chocolate the Christmas items are way overpriced and many can be found at other stores.

Stopped here to get chocolates to bring back to my mom. Didn't care much for the chocolates on display, especially at those steep prices. Even the packaged chocolates were pretty expensive. Was still able to find some stuff for my mom but wish I had gone to another store. Customer service also left something to be desired.

I got the apple spiced chai and butterball latte as well as a little box of truffles! Everything is super tasty, staff was very nice and attentive, and the area has really cute decor all over! Definitely a nice spot to stop into for a pick me up!

This is like the Harry Potter Store of chocolates..magic all around. Liquor chocolate. Chocolate from different countries. Ice cream and milkshake with a vast array of chocolate flavors. Chocolate truffles. You can't even be mad about the amount of indecision you'll feel stepping into the doors if you're chocoholic like me..because it's simply wondrous!! We made a pit stop here over winter break, and I ordered a iced chocolate drink with another espresso one, and left with Iceland dark chocolate salted bars. I didn't have much expectations but the drink was creamy, sweet perfection. The Iceland bars were A-okay but enough to rep the 70% bitterness. Right now I am just reminsicing about the ambience of the place. It was so cozy and may put you under a spell~ a very cute outing for a catch up with friends or a date!

Yummy and cute little place. We ordered a couple chocolates and the drink special. Definitely will come back.

This place is an absolute must!!! We stopped in here to find a hot drink and escape the cold weather. I am so happy we did because it was an incredible experience and now an absolute must when we are in town. I had been craving a good hot chocolate for a long time and I'm so happy to have found it. It was so delicious, not too sweet, and the homemade whipped topping was perfection. They only come in 16oz cups so they are great to share or have one for your own. Do yourself a favor and stop in!

Chocolate and coffee... what's not to love about this place? We always stop in to grab a coffee while we walk around town. We chose to take 20 of the bonbons with us to enjoy later. They also have a wonderful assortment of fine chocolates from around the world.

Very nice interior. Love their logo, as it makes you think of some delicious old fashioned chocolates. However, I found the various 6 pieces I paid for (it's by the piece, not lb), horrible! I love my chocolate and know a good chocolate from something that tastes like it's similar to the old grocery store Brach's or today's cheep Palmer's holiday fake chocolate. This wasn't reasonably priced either! The staff seemed in a stopper too. I was standing right in front of two employees at the register who weren't talking, just staring into space, and finally had to ask if they were going to help me! Nice to look at inside and out, not to shop. Need to step it up!

So I don't typically reach for chocolate but when I realized they had coffees, I needed to go STAT. Can confirm, that mocha was the best thing I have ever had (and wish we lived closer so I could have one daily) but I also got a dark chocolate mint truffle to try and my GOD. It's a must try. Staff is so friendly and speedy and the shop is adorable. A must try in Gettysburg!

Great chocolate market! So cute and great selection! I found my favorite Finnish chocolate at this place! Highly recommend!

Sub par expresso here. Very flavorless and weak espresso. I purchased a Cortada and a macchiato both with almond milk. They only offer alternatives with lots of sugar. I guess that's to make up for the bad coffee. The temperature of this coffee is way too hot. I get coffee out at least two or three times a week and I think I've never had it served quite this. You can easily burn your tongue or mouth, so be careful. I gave three stars because the service was amazing. Very friendly and kind workers here. Just not great. Coffee or espresso.

Fun place to get chocolate and see a bit more of Lincoln Square. Next time I'll try the ice cream.

To begin, the service at this place is exceptional. Typically they have a set of ice cream flavors that they serve for a day. However today I asked if they had a flavor that they weren't serving for that day. I'm just visiting from another state and just thought it wasn't on the menu. (100% my bad) However even though they didn't offer it, they were able to get it for me from their back freezer. This process of preparing it for me took time since it wasn't pre-prepared. But this goes to show you that this place priorities customers over comfort. Additionally, their ice cream is exceptional. It is all homemade and the flavor and texture of the ice cream is perfect. Would come again. If you are visiting Gettysburg this place is 100% worth coming to

We passed another ice cream shop to try this one after a tour guide mentioned it was among the best in the country according to a recent news article. While my two-scoop cone definitely hit the spot on a warm August afternoon, my daughter pointed out that the article's author might not have sampled some of the fantastic dairy stores and ice cream shops we have back home in the Midwest. I'd have to agree--I've had better in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Still, this is a charming stop with tasty treats and a fun vibe--worth a visit if you're in the area!

We often stop here on our way from NOVA to Upstate NY to grab a host(ess) gift, or just a snack for the road. I was not greeted by your clerk who was busy on the phone, so I spend several minutes making my selection without assistance. I then waited at the counter looking at your clerk's back for 5 minutes, signaling him when he turned that I was ready to check out. No response. Listening to him chat for several minutes, it became clear that this was either a personal call or a non-critical business call. After several more minutes, I advised him that I was ready to check out. The response was a nod and a turning away. After another minute, I left the candy on the counter and departed, disappointed and determined to take GH off my shopping list.
