They are dense and chewy with a little sweetness. Mmmm.... Had their special at Beerfest downtown a couple of weeks ago. A waffle with peanut butter, whipped cream, chocolate sauce and bacon. The waffle was doing a bit too much for my tastes and I ended up scraping a lot of the toppings off just to get to the good stuff. We arrived right as the game was starting and they were out of the pulled pork sandwiches, so we chose the pulled chicken instead! I think this was the best shredded chicken sandwich I have ever had! The chicken was SO flavorful, even without barbecue sauce. The buns were also super sweet and fluffy, and perfectly soaked up the juices from the sandwich to round out the flavor. The menu is very simple, just tacos for $4 a piece and burritos for $11, but they make them VERY well. I decided to try a campechanos burrito (steak and chorizo) and both my boss and coworker ordered the same. They accept both cash and credit card which is very nice. They give you a pager when you order so you know when your food is ready and they get their orders out FAST. They don't have drink options, but good thing they're next to a Marathon station, so that solved that problem. Our order was done very fast and their burritos are almost enough for two meals but so tasty that you'll finish it in one. They come with a spicy red sauce and a cool avocado sauce, so it's like a yin and yang of sauces, one lights you up and the other cools you down. Both are very tasty too.
