Both are constantly serving up drugs to customers while working. If you are a cute girl you can definitely get your car washed for free, as those same young men are constantly giving away free carwashes to pretty young women. Daily. The site manager Ken Deavers is completely checked out. As he is aware of all of this. He does nothing for his staff, other than enable their unproffesional behaviors. And ignore the illegal activities going on. Cars are continually getting damaged, whilst going through the wash, it is an almost daily if not for sure a weekly occurrence. Most of which is caused by staff not caring when loading cars into the tunnel, and loading cars incorrectly. And known faulty wash equipment. Like I said, most of their quipment is broken and doesn't run correctly. Causing many unnecessary claims from incident reports that corparate ends up not paying the customer for said damages. Usually for some made up reason as to why the cliam is denied. The area regional manager (Dan Yannick) of this site is also known to have stolen Valor. He states he is an army veteran, from the gulf War, but in actuality he was Dishonorably Discharged while still completing basic training, for hitting his commanding officer. He never actually served. The one decent employee they had working there has either recently moved on to something better or they got rid of him for some reason. Which makes no sense as he was the main person working there that made it worthwhile in stopping by. Jim Roush, and Express Wash Concepts, which is the parent company, and the rest of the ownership of this carwash chain obviously do not really care about branding, staffing, or community. They are seemingly running what is going to be another failed OH corporate chain. Just like Winking Lizard, or Melt. Being a souless enterprise, thats very impersonal, with a major lack of community outreach, paired with terrible customer experiences and vehicles constantly being damaged is why you should choose another brand to wash with. Seargent Clean and Whistle Clean have both updated their facilities and equipment as well as pricing in the last year, to remain competitive in this market, both those brands have surpassed Clean Express Wash in regards to overall customer service experience and they have comparable if nor better pricing for both memberships and single washes. There is a reason why Clean cannot retain its good employees for longer than a year. And why so many members cancel their memberships after 1 month of inconsistent and crappy service. Don't waste time or money, choose to go to another carwash brand. Save yourself the headache, and extreme probability that you will end up with damage to your vehicle.

I stopped in Patriot car wash at 2:20 p.m. On a Friday and it seems to be rather busy but seeing as how it was a holiday weekend I totally understand. They have to man the self pay station cuz it appears they built the self pay station too far away from where would make practical sense and you'd have to almost open your door and get out of the car to enact the South payability therefore that's why they have to pay a guy to stay out there and operate the self pay station It actually is a really good car wash I did get the $14 car wash and while $14 is really really pricey it is exceptionally good job of removing all the salt and soap from my car. One thing they don't have is a pre wash where a guy comes around with a wand and does a little spraying in the areas where their car wash is typically Miss. I think one of my favorite features of this car wash is that at the very end it has these large rotating towel things that they're really good job of buffing your car out. And as a bonus you get free vacuum usage at the end of your car wash so there's that. Coupled with a free towel which is pretty much useless but the air freshener is pretty cool are we coming back again

This Waterway in South Euclid opens at 7 am, perfect for people heading to their businesses. It's located at Warrensville and Cedar, two main roads on the East side. I decided to join the line at 7:45 as the sun was coming up. No line today! I was greeted by the congenial person at the payment kiosk, who then guided me onto the tire rollers. Perfect! I can recognize my red car again. Basic wash: $9

The man working was very nice and efficient. He even thanked me for giving them a try (like he had ESP). I was thrilled that they pre-spray. Inside I noticed the materials were soft, so this put me at ease. I've had horror stories in this department at other places. I really felt like I was getting a deep wash. I drove down the road and inspected the finished product. I must say my street salt beaten and battered baby looked good as new! The only thing I wish was that my tires were shinier. They do have a tire upgrade and I forgot to add it so that's my fault. I'm willing to give them another shot with the $2.00 enhanced tire experience.

Everything here is all hand wash! An exterior wash is $10 or $12.50 if you want the carpets vacuumed as well (they'll also hose down your mats if they are rubber/plastic). At first, this place may seem a bit intimidating because of its location and look. You pull into a narrow drive way where you can get the interior vacuumed or immediately turn into the rinsing area. Someone will hose down your car with a pressure washer and pre-soak your wheels with a cleaner (I don't know what these guys use, but it seems to clean better than my $16 bottle cleaners!). Once rinsed, you pull inside for a wash. Two guys wash the car with warm soapy water. They work quickly and are pretty good with attention to detail. Once the car has been cleaned, it goes through a gentle rinse. You'd then pull the car out for drying. Typically 3 or 4 guys would dry the car with towels. There's a pretty cool vintage towel dryer/ringer that they use. They can also clean the inside glass but you may see over spray on your seats or dash. This all takes about 15-20 minutes and you'll come out with a rather clean car without the harmful damages of a machine car wash!
