I was lost and Nathan patiently and personally came outside and found me and directed me into the building. He then took the time to explain to me my PC problem at my level and how to teach it to my son at an even more elementary level. He even wrote down notes for me to bring my son. I am very tech illiterate and could've been taken advantage of like I have in the past and not only did Outsource not do that -- Nathan never once made me feel ignorant which can happen when you're talking to such a brilliant tech because their brains just work so differently. I appreciated this quality the most about Outsource. That seems like a quality that's getting harder to find in this day and age. I felt appreciated and happy when I left. I used OL a few months ago. My Brother printer for my business suddenly stopped working. (Without a printer, I cannot work). I called Nathan (slightly hysterical) and in 1 day I had a new printer. The turnaround time was so fast! I love my new machine! It is way more high-tech than my old school brother printer from the late 90's. I told Nathan what I wanted to spend and what features I had to have, and he found a printer that met all those needs and then exceeded my expectations.
