I've worked with GroundFloor Media on and off for years, and what has always stood out to me is…read morethat this place feels unusually human in an industry that can sometimes feel transactional. You can tell pretty quickly that people actually stay here. The same familiar faces are around year after year, and that consistency matters. The front desk team knows your name, leadership is accessible, and there's never a sense that hierarchy determines whose voice matters. Honestly, everyone seems equally invested, whether you're speaking with someone coordinating logistics or someone in senior leadership. What also makes GFM different is how deeply they care about the people behind the work. Conversations don't begin and end with deliverables. They remember details about your life, ask how your kid's soccer season went, show up for local fundraisers, and genuinely care about what matters to their clients and community. Most importantly, they seem intentional about who they bring onto the team and partner with. There's a kindness and authenticity to the culture that's hard to fake and even harder to sustain for this many years. In a city full of agencies, GroundFloor feels like one of the few places where relationships still actually mean something!! Thankful to have been in their orbit over the last 20 years.

Amy & Pere from web501 were great to work with and they had my website up and running much faster…read morethan I ever expected! I knew WHY we wanted a website, but didn't know where to start with the design. We had a logo and some photos and some basic ideas. Amy listened to my input, learned what our organization is all about and gave me what I was asking for.....and more! We worked great together because I am the expert on my organization and Amy & Pere are the experts on websites for non-profits! They were sensitive to our needs, helpful, supportive, and respectful. They truly captured the spirit of our organization, met all our expectations and exceeded them! Amy & Pere created a VERY easy to use content management system for me (the novice) to be the webmaster. I love that I can change the text, update the info, add/change photos whenever I want... and the changes are instant! They had excellent input for me about what works for keeping folks on my website and increasing the likelihood of donations. They used our 20 year old logo and gave us a very "current" website. I also appreciated that their information/input was based on research and they could provide me with data, percentages, etc, not just their opinion. They only provided an opinion when I asked for it.....another thing I really appreciated! Amy & Pere responded quickly to my emails, spent time with me on the phone as needed, and as I mentioned, had our website up and running quicker than I ever imagined. It was more common that they were waiting for responses from me on particular issues, than me waiting on them. I HIGHLY recommend choosing web501 to get your website for your non-profit organization up and running....or maybe to improve an already existing one.
