Jim and Zach were great teachers and guides, very laid back and friendly atmosphere. We spent most of the day there chatting, watching, and meeting the family and friends. Starting with a demo, we saw the process happen step by step. Then they asked who wanted to go. Of course when they asked for a first person to try it out, my fiance and I stepped in to take up the challenge. Jim stood by my side to give tips and advice and guide my hand when needed.
