My significant other was the person seeking treatment here but I have been into their office around 5 times. Each time there was a major red flag within a half an hour of being there. Although the people that work here are very kind, they do not have their clients backs. This is not a trans friendly space despite being ran by a trans women! I understand that this service is not provided many other places in Eugene, but I urge you to go elsewhere! Also, the electrolysis could have been done better :)

I've been a little bit afraid of getting a facial before because of my sensitivities, but my skin reacted so well to her natural products and her soothing touch. I highly recommend her, she has a variety of tools and techniques and knowledge about the body and spirit. Her healing space is warm and welcoming. I did not get greeted personally and nobody had any idea why I was even there! Not the massage therapist (who was extremely kind and wonderful by the way, and the massage was decent), not the aesthetician for the facial or even the nail tech (who is completely unexperienced, and it was probably my worst pedicure ever)! The facial aesthetician actually tried to upsell me, until she found out all of my services were prepaid for, and then she literally stopped talking and took me back to her room and started her facial process, which was extremely odd, especially considering the fact that she constantly kept checking her phone and then touching my face, very unsanitary, and she was extremely loud opening and closing cabinets, and it was very non-relaxing! Kesha should not be allowed to even touch her phone while she's giving a facial! I am very bummed. I decided to pick this salon over other ones I was considering. I feel extremely ripped off, and do not feel like I was taking care of properly or even acknowledged for the reason I was there, or the experience!
