After I made the appointment online, I called and left a voicemail to confirm the appointment as to make sure the technician got all of the information needed. I expected a call back or at least a confirmation email. No such luck. 45 Minutes after the scheduled appointment, I got a call (from apparently the proprietor) stating that he would be unable to keep the appointment as he was out of town attending a conference. There was no mention of this on the website (it even permitted me to make the appointment) and there was also no mention of this on his outgoing voice mail message. It left me feeling very frustrated and I ended up going out of my way to a repair service that actually answered my call to confirm the appointment.
