This is a very nice dealership, with an expansive and visually interesting store layout. The staff was friendly, but not over bearing. I was greeted by several staff members as i walked the many levels of the site. Several staff walked by as i looked at T-Shirts, made eye contact and offered to help. It look like they have a wide selection of accessories, and a selection of clothing. But the T-Shirts were dealers name & HD logo, not regionalized with images of the local landscape (mountains, farms, prairies - like so many other dealers) The only other "negative " is they Perhaps 5 parking places for cars & more for motorcycles parking. Considering all that parking space is taken up by showroom & repair, they probably made the best decision.

Dropped my KX250XC off for Action to look at an electrical issue. I was coming from Wyoming (2 hr…read moredrive) on a Saturday and Action said they would look at it Monday. Called them every other day and they didn't even look at it until Friday. Was told they were tuning my bike for an electrical problem that I had told them about. I had already stated I adjusted the idle knob, but that my battery was still being drained due to the discussed electrical issue. On top of the electrical issue they said my bike had a warranty recall for a new clutch. They said they had ordered the parts that Friday and my bike would be ready early next week. In the meantime I decided to inquire about a trade in. They said they would do an inspection while the bike was being worked on. Doug sent me an offer for $2500 for a 5 year old bike with 60 hours on it. When I asked how he came up with that number he did not reply. I continued to check in on my bike every other day the next week and the front desk at service kept saying they would "call me back with and update, because I (the customer) am not allowed to speak the mechanic." I never have taken my bike anywhere where you can't talk to the mechanic to ask questions. On top of that service never gave me a call back from the front desk either. Called again on Friday furious and they finally gave me an update and said my bike would be ready Saturday and that it was running well. I drove 2 hours to pick it up to find out all they did was put a new crankcase on the clutch (no new clutch like they had said for the warranty) and adjusted the idle knob to fix an ELECTRICAL issue. They charged me $137 to basically hold my bike and do nothing. Bike still is not running correctly. I will NEVER give them a penny of my business again. Complete joke of a dealership. Take your bike anywhere else. Trust me.

The owner was very gracious, stored our bikes and had them ready for us, and even met us to get and store the bikes on the weekend when the shop was closed. We had the bikes serviced at the shop while waiting to ship them back and the work was very well done and reasonably priced. Overall a great experience, this shop is highly recommended.

They fixed my bumper instead of replacing and it looked brand new. It saved me $500 by not replacing it. I am cursed with the ability to see repair work on cars. It is in an area with a couple of restaurants, stores, gas, and public restrooms. Yelp said this store opened at 10am, but the day I went, it had opened at 9am, which would've been good to know, to beat out some of the crowds at the Jenny Lake boat shuttle. My husband and I rented hybrid bikes for 5 hours (you can rent it all day for a bit more $). Before we saw the rates, my husband would've liked to rent e-bikes, but they were practically twice the price of hybrid bikes. I think it was $98/per person for 5 hours for e-bikes and around $51/per person for hybrid?? We rode the bicycles in the parking lot and my husband realized his wasn't trued correctly, because the tire would get stuck, so he requested a bike change, and the employee was good about it. But don't they really check the bikes before? Helmets are provided, and there are small bags attached to the bikes so you can put the bike lock in there and maybe a snack bar and your phone. One of the zippered pockets on mine was broken though. There are also water bottle holders, for your water bottle (bring your own, as I saw the store only had one very dusty water bottle for sale). We rode to Jenny Lake, locked the bikes near the Jenny Lake visitors center at the bike rack, took the boat shuttle, did the Cascade Canyon trail hike (I think we were able to do 4 miles, too bad we didn't have more time!), before we had to head back to catch the boat shuttle and ride back to make the 5 hour cut off.

They have a solid sale section as well and clothing for women, men and children. As most gear shops, the prices reflect quality and lean towards the moderate to expensive side, but that's less IMT and more the general gear, but again solid sale sections and not above normal market cost. Though we have a pretty solid collection of gear we have accumulated over the years, we will get a few small items when we visit, as we always seem to find some cool pieces, including my favorite fleece coal baseball cap! The team is always friendly and offers assistance and greeting upon entering. Will continue to enjoy out periodic visits!
