The 2027 Season will be open from May 15th - October 23rd. We are open Monday - Saturday, including Holidays from 9AM-5PM, closed Sundays. No vacation to Yellowstone or list of activities of any year is complete until you see and feel the wild, untamed majestic eyes of wolves here at Yellowstone Safari Park. We are a self-guided safari park where you will see up close and in proximity a Wolf Pack, Bear, Fox, Deer, Elk, Bison and Reindeer. See rare White Bison in the herd, and White Wolves in our large Wolf Pack. Our Fox are a national and international treasure. Due to the recessive gene of the red fox preserved here at the Park, you will see over 30 color variations of the red fox family, many colors are seen nowhere else in the world. There are over 80 foxes at the Park. You may see our Alpha Male & Alpha female exerting dominance in the wolf pack, you may even hear the wolves howl. You may feed our Yellow, Blue, and Rainbow Trout on our bridge and deck over the fish pond, then move to our Animal Interactive Place to see our wolf and fox pups, and pet young farm animals. This farm, ranch, and animal park is family-owned and operated. We love our animals, and to see these majestic healthy animals up close and in proximity is a special emotional experience. In nature you may go a lifetime enjoying the outdoors and never see these animals up close. This opportunity is truly a chance of a lifetime, a memory to experience with your family and friends of all ages.
History
Established in 2023.
The love of our Farm Animals and of the Wildlife around us began in Switzerland hundreds of years ago. With great respect for Nature, our ancestors grew very close to the farm animals, and the wildlife around the farm knew that their farms were a place of safety. Our Grandfather lived next to a forest outside of Bern, Switzerland and the deer would come and eat out of his hand, yet they would run away if anyone else came near. That love of animals and nature was passed down to our generation which inspired us to develop Yellowstone Safari Park. To see these animals up close in their own environment is an experience of a lifetime. A memory that may help everyone appreciate what we have in Nature around us. These majestic animals add such wonderful beauty to the World, and to be able to look them in the eyes in proximity is a memorable moment. Our Swiss ancestors made a very difficult move, coming from the beauty of Switzerland to Rexburg, but the animals helped in that adjustment
Meet the Business Owner: Jared S.
Our family grew up loving animals which was passed down from generation to generation, which began far away in the beautiful country of Switzerland many hundreds of years ago. This has been in greater part some of the inspiration behind the development of Yellowstone Safari Park. We grew up with many of these animals that you will see in the Park, as they would frequently visit our farm, some of them lived on or near our land. It was a great day when we would see them! The wildlife around the farm made our location feel very special. Jared grew up loving animals of all kinds. Feeding and taking care of them was a highlight in each day. We had a natural spring on the Farm, and our Father created a fish pond around the stream that ran from the springs. We loved feeding the fish in the pond and watching the Blue Heron's fly in and try to catch the fish. When you come and visit Yellowstone Safari Park you will see healthy animals with open spaces, a memorable experience to have.
