What shocked me the most was the way I was treated on the phone. The representative was dismissive, rude, and spoke to me in a humiliating and degrading way. After six years of loyalty, this is the level of respect I received. I truly regret ever becoming a customer of this place. I told her I was trying to grow them out for months after I stopped using Dip Powders. She hooked me up and made them look pretty even if the nails weren't long.
