My first experience was wonderful! I had Belinda and she was very sweet and really listened to what I wanted. Went over all of the options and made recommendations based on my needs. Since it was my first time, it took about 2 hours but I was so relaxed, I took a nap! That was worth every cent just for that! The lashes came out beautifully and I hardly even feel them. I opted for a look between natural and gorgeous so they would add length but still feel lightweight. The front desk girls were super nice as well. Went as a 1st timer Spoke to the tech about style and pricing before starting. I will say style wise I wasn't sure just because this was my 1st time getting lashes. Regarding the prices she reformed me that the base(cat eye) is $99 plus $30 for whisky. Totaling up to $130. When checking out the lady taking my payment informed me that my total was for $160. I informed her what my tech said and she responded with "I'm sorry, it looks like she gave you the wrong price. It's actually going to be $160 for the fairy lashes" At that point I was confused about both the pricing and the style of lashes on my face. I stated "oh that awkward because I was informed and agreed on another number" she just replied with another I'm sorry but you only have to pay $150 because it's $10 off from a referral " . I swipe, walked out. My friend went back in there and said that this isn't right and told me that a manger/supervisor will be giving me a call next day. Believe it was the manager giving me call the next day to ONLY discuss the way the lashes came out but that the owner will be give me a call later that day the discuss the pricing issue. I am extremely disappointed and honestly shocked by my experience with this studio. I was a loyal member for six years, paying my membership every month. Recently, I discovered that my unused credits were simply removed from my account after I canceled my membership. At the time this happened, I was outside the country during a war, and apparently that didn't matter to them at all. Instead of trying to help or show even basic understanding, the representative I spoke with kept insisting that an email had been sent and showed absolutely no interest in resolving the issue. What shocked me the most was the way I was treated on the phone. The representative was dismissive, rude, and spoke to me in a humiliating and degrading way. After six years of loyalty, this is the level of respect I received. I truly regret ever becoming a customer of this place. The receptionist and techs are very nice. Quality of the lashes not so much. I got my lashes done on a Monday by Wednesday they were almost all fallen off, I went back in for them to correct the issue, I asked the tech to please make them look as full as possible and even with eachother, her response was "you only have 30 mins so I'll do what I can". To me, that response was super unprofessional considering that I had to go twice to fix their mistake. I left very unhappy, while I was checking out the lashes were still falling out, not full or what I wanted and just overall very unsatisfied I spent $140 for a "master" and tipped her $20, then came back and tipped the other tech as well for no reason because it's been only a week and my lashes are practically gone. 2/10 do not go here. Update: was not attacking the business so the owner did not have to "investigate" anything lol. ‍ attitude from owners says a lot too. Nice receptionists/schedulers. Very impressed with lashes (day 1). Very curly and in your face lashes. Which isn't a bad thing lol. My only complaint was during removal of my old lashes the product burns! It really hurts if it gets into your eyes. I told my stylist and she stopped and rinsed my eyes with saline. She did what she could to help & handled it well but the product was painful. Also during application of my new full set the adhesive got into my eyes and stung as well. Stylist told me it was normal. Receptionists also said the stinging was normal if it got into your eyes. I didn't like that because with the last person who did my lashes (at a different location) I never had the stinging problem. 5 stars for most of the Master Lash Techs! Membership and management leave a lot to be desired. Long story short I ADORE AMY MASTER lash technician! Even after the Asst Manager canceled my account after I complained about my first service with their Master AND TRAINER )thought I'd be getting the best, got what looked like 10 lashes on each eye. Went for fills early (figured what the heck, if this is as good as it gets I'll cancel). NIGHT AND DAY. The next master I went to gave me AMAZING LASHes And I left a very nice review stating the same. Because I did a refill early, my account has been out of whack from the get go and I had to pay out of pocket last time. When I mentioned that was because my firs time left a lot to be desired, so I had come for a refill early, the front desk girl offered to change my draft date to remedy the issue, and asked if 8 would like her to email management. I said yes and thanked her. Apparently when changed my draft date it dropped the credit I had on my account. When I asked, if they are aware of this why is their team not trained to identify this, she got annoyed. When I pointed out that I would expect a MASTER AND THE TRAINER to know better than to show up for my appt smelling of onions, she seemed annoyed. When I explained that the information I was sharing was in hopes they might address it, she got annoyed. She also accused be of being disrespectful. I was not, but I call BS WHEN I smell it. After reading some more reviews posted about Amazing Lash, I found that O am not the only one that felt that the management team is there, and are the only ones with access to make corrections to their accounts because their job looks like it is to make sure they do not issue any refunds. In addition, being aware that your system has a habit of negating funds o. Your customers accounts when they make changes to their draft date, seems like something you would want to fix or at least really keep an eye on. It seemed more like it was one of many excuses they offered,. I cannot help but wonder if that is intentional? How many more customers do they have like I was previously that just try to be pleasant and not make waves, when they are being asked to pay out of pocket for something where you believe you should have funds available. When I would not accept the Asst manager's excuses and deflections, and corrected her when she suggested that I had done something to cause them to look so bad 2 days after my appt. Knowing that I do wish for a more 'full' look, but not to the point where I'm heading out to a party, I made the decision to roll with the 'hybrid' set. (Indeed, there's a surcharge in addition to the normal set). Due to the nature of my last minute appointment, the availability lined me up with a master lash stylist with a surcharge as well. I'm pretty dissatisfied and disappointed in my experience. I called to book a junior or master stylist because I've never had lashes before and I wanted to make sure I got someone who knew what they were doing. When I had my appointment they switched the tech and told me I was going with another girl when I got called back. She wasn't entirely helpful in helping me choose the best style for my eye shape but I proceeded as that's not really her job. After looking her up she was not a junior or master stylist like I requested. She finished and didn't even hand me a mirror or ask if I liked them. Fast forward to about 4 days later and I'm experiencing discomfort. I take a pic and show to another lash tech who tells me that she didn't isolate the extensions and glued them to more than one lash (see posted photo) It's a shame that not all the techs can be skilled at least somewhat similar and it seems there are is no quality control in place. Wasted money, time, and damaged my real lashes. I cancelled my membership before even getting one fill even though I was charged I'm not willing to risk the damage. I came in January 2019 after the manager called and let me know management has changed and improvements have been made to address my original office concerns. So, I thought I'd give them another try. I can say, they have been responsive to answer phone calls and when I went in, the front desk was helpful to assist rather than just taking to each other about their weekend drama. So I scheduled an appointment with this location because it is closer to my home. Had to bring my very well behaved baby in a stroller with me. Was told no babies and that I should have known this. An attendant should have told me. Well no one did and she was close to napping. Had to have my husband come get her and rescheduled for 6 (original appointment was 4:00). Hello, I was a customer with Amazing lash prior to the pandemic. My Daughter is high risk so my account was froze in May 2020 and I called in July to cancel my account. In August my account begun being drafted again, I own that I didn't notice and didn't check my account as I thought it had been cancelled. I received a text yesterday about my account and immediately called wondering why my account had been drafted. Today when the manager called me back there is nothing she can do other than refund 90 days because of the agreement I signed and they have been trying to contact me. I have no voicemails or texts, other than yesterday, from the studio. She refuses to accept that I called to cancel in July because "her manager has never done that before" There is a first time for everything. She is calling me a liar when I say I didn't get calls, voicemails, or texts by stating that she can see my account and see that the attempts were made. I made an appointment to have my lashes done at this location for my graduation and was extremely disappointed! My brothers girlfriend had used this location for over a year and her lashes always look perfect. However the tech she recommended wasn't available so I had to see someone else. HOW GOOD YOUR LASHES COME OUT DEPENDS SOLELY ON THE TECH!!!!? So pick one that has either been recommended or that has pictures. I was in there for about four hours and had to even have her fix a part she completely messed up. I still walked out of there literally disgusted with the way my lashes looked and the front desk could tell how bad it was. One eye was fuller, my eyes looked completely differently sizes due to the way she did my lashes. I walked out almost crying. I was already in a rush getting my things together for my graduation so I just went home. I called the following Monday asking them if they could fix my lashes and complained about how bad they looked but the front desk said the tech had been fired (obviously she had no idea what she was doing) and they refused to fix them without wanting to charge me more. Luckily my mom owns her own salon with a stylist that does lashes so she was able to remove them for me. If you want your lashes done always look for an experienced tech that has photos or someone that has been recommended to you. I can not believe how many lashes fell out with in the first week. I was brushing them when twenty must of come off. I understand that you shed lashes but trust me it isn't that much. So far I spent close to $500.00 ( this includes purchasing all of the supplies needed in order to maintain your lashes between fills) with in a month. When I went in for a fill; they charged me an extra $40.00 (on top of the $70.00 for the membership fee) for a "lash bath" which should of came with the service free of charge, after the fill; again another 30 lashes fell out. Love how I can always clean my lashes with the sensitive eye wash when I go there. I do have to say the blanket I used to cover up in did not smell fresh or that it had be cleaned recently. I was so exited to get my lashes done! It was my first time coming here and my hopes were high. I'm disappointed to say I had an awful experience. I will say the lash technician was wonderful but the people up front and the manager were so rude. They blatantly lied about the pricing when I asked up front. I wouldn't have mind paying what it cost for a full set, the issue is they told me one price before we started and then changed it up when I went to check out. I asked them how much the kit would be the lady clearly said "it will be $25 and then when you sign up for a membership you will get a discount". I signed up for the membership until I realized how much they lie. I paid and then checked my recipient. I then noticed that I was charged $26 for the kit. How does $25 then adding a discount = $26? I really, really want to like this place, simply because it's a good plan. However, I'm having some challenges with it. I had a full set of lashes put on in July. Paid the $79.00 to join the "club" that includes reduced cost refills once per month. By the end of that first week, I had a number of lashes literally falling out on one eye. I've had lashes done before at a salon and they often lasted 3 weeks or longer, so I was a little surprised to be having lashes coming off so soon. I went back in August 3 for my first refill and I told the technician about the large number of lashes I lost the first week. She asked me a number of questions about what I washed them with, what I washed my face with, how often did I use the sealer (which I bought from them) even which side I laid on to sleep! When all of those were ruled out, she told me simply "it must be the glue we use." So here it is August 22nd. I have about 4 lashes on one eye and about 6 on the other. Yes, they all fell out again. I'm going into for another refill this week. I'm going to give it one more chance. If these fall out as well, I'll sadly have to cancel my membership. The only reason I'm not going back to the other salon is a matter of convenience. It's waaaay on the other side of town and is a pain to get to with my work schedule.
