The positives: First, I easily made an appt with only 24…read morehours notice. Second, the price, $125, was lower than what I usually pay for my old polish to be removed, a manicure and premium pedicure, and reapplying my polish. Third, the salon was decorated nicely, didn't smell strongly of chemicals, and the temperature was acceptable. It was clean, but not unlike most nail salons, the dust is thick on surfaces and it could benefit from a deep cleaning. The negatives: I will preface this by saying I may be spoiled by my nail salon on the east side of El Paso who performs my manicure and pedicure one at the time, not simultaneously, and assigns one person to each task, not multiple people who take turns completing various steps for the manicure. I thought this was normal procedure for a mani and pedi, but this is not what I experienced at Nail Studio despite me having an appointment for both services. My pedicure would have been relaxing and enjoyable except for the multiple people performing various steps in my manicure at the same time as my pedicure that kept interrupting my relaxation to perform their tasks. While I was sitting in the pedicure chair trying to enjoy my pedicure, three different techs worked on my manicure. Making my pedicure and manicure experience even less enjoyable, instead of standing on my left side to work on my left hand and on my right side for my right hand, they asked me to contort my left arm across my body so they could reach my left hand from my right side. Having to contort my left arm across my body so the manicurist standing on my right side can perform the services is not only not relaxing, but painful. If they must perform the mani while the client is sitting in the pedi chair, my suggestion for ensuring the client's comfort is to stand on the same side of the chair as the hand they are working on. Not ironically, the manicurist even commented that I needed to relax my hand while he worked on my nails. Really? Relaxing wasn't possible. As a service provider, you need to read the client. If your client is tense while you perform their manicure, ask what you may be doing to make them tense. Just to give you an idea what my experience was like, imagine you are a professional race car who stops in the pit mid race for a tire change. 5 or 6 mechanics race to change your tires, oil, and replenish your gas so they can get you back on the track in 1 minute. That's what I felt like. Rushed. Just a body sitting there being worked on as quickly as possible. I will not get another manicure and pedicure here u less they perform them non simultaneously.

Checked it out my appointment was at 1:30.. I got out till almost 4pm got charged $150 for nails that didn't even have the regular nail and glue that is applied at first. This man who's name goes by Bryan Khanh he himself Charges $145 and then basically $25 for nails.. he made my nails applying this sticker and building the nail shape from there I asked him I wanted 1/5 of the nail he said he couldn't and then acted bothered I didn't want it to size 2.. I have never had anyone put stickers on my nails to make the nail it is so clumpy thick already broke on me not even one day having them. Nothing to what I asked for in the pic reference and he calls himself master creative this place is a scam. The girl next to me got done sooner while I was stuck there for 2 plus hours. I called to ask why was I charged $150 he said my email receipt had the charges where no where in my email receipt does it state why but now I see why. He just took my card charged gave it to me and walked away. Never have I been to a salon this expensive with nails that already broke that aren't fully painted on the sides. Worst place ever. The receipt doesn't show NO PROOF of services fucking scammer should just put I want $140 for myself and the nails itself just the remaining $15 for services. Such a "creative" but uses stickers to make a nail while the others do services just like any salon. I will keep an eye on my bank account since others have complained about getting their money stolen.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this nail salon today. Two friends and I made an…read moreappointment the night before for manicures and pedicures. We arrived within 10 minutes of our appointment and were actually the first people in the shop, so we expected our services to run smoothly. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I paid for a Tier 3 pedicure that included callus removal and a hot stone treatment, yet my feet look almost exactly the same as when I walked in. When you pay for a service, you expect that service to actually be performed, and that simply didn't happen. The bigger issue was the overall organization of the salon. Despite having scheduled appointments, the staff allowed both walk-ins and appointments to fill the pedicure chairs without prioritizing the people who had booked ahead. By the time our nail services were finished, every pedicure chair was already taken. Two of us ultimately had to cancel the pedicures we had planned because we were told we would have to wait even longer--despite being the first appointment of the day. To make matters worse, staff members repeatedly stopped in the middle of our services to grab equipment or start other clients' services that they clearly didn't have the staff available to complete right away. When we left, several people were sitting in pedicure chairs with their feet in cold water waiting for someone to begin. This experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. Appointments should mean something, and customers who plan ahead should not be pushed aside for walk-ins. I hope the salon improves its scheduling, staffing, and service quality because today's experience was very frustrating.
