Eddy's last day! Such a lovely guy! I needed to refill my helix, conch and flat that I had to take out for an MRI. He showed me some super pretty pieces and I left happy!! I'd like to go back and have my other conch done next! The cool thing was that Renaissance in San Clemente sent me to this shop which I thought was super cool.

I have been going to Ivan for years now. He is so patient. I have gone to others and he is by far, the best and most talented. Typically, my bff and I go get pierced and then go to lunch next door. They are incredibly busy; that is for good reason. We do bring our own jewelry for piercing. I had to have surgery a year ago and he was sweet enough to take my piercings out then put them back in a month later. Highly, highly recommend.

Ivan pierced my 14 year olds second ear piercing and it was the easiest process. My daughter said she didn't experience any pain. Piercings were in the perfect spot and even on both sides. Ivan was very friendly and made the experience fun! A few things to know before you go: -It's cash only -No appointments so you may wait a bit (we went on a Saturday afternoon and expected to wait a while however things moved quickly) -Scan the waiver as soon as you arrive (QR code is on the counter) so you don't hold things up 10/10 we recommend Get My Point and will return!

I had a really disappointing and upsetting experience here that I feel people should know about. When I went in for a belly button piercing, I specifically asked beforehand if I even had the correct anatomy for it, because I didn't want to risk complications. The piercer assured me I was fine and had me pick out my jewelry. I chose a gold flower with a diamond combo. The piercing itself didn't hurt much, but once it was done, I was given no aftercare instructions -- we just went straight to payment. Within a day, the skin around my piercing became irritated and red. The jewelry was too short and the flower edges were sharp, causing the top to embed into my skin. I called the shop to ask what to do and was told that if the piercing was removed and closed, I'd have to pay again. I was also told that if I came in on a day my original piercer wasn't there, another piercer might charge me separately since they are independently contracted. This felt very discouraging, and I was told to "wait a week." That same night, I ended up going back and having the jewelry changed to a longer bar. Still, no mention was made about my anatomy being unsuitable, and no aftercare advice was given. Over the next few days, the piercing only got worse -- red, painful, itchy, and pus-filled. Finally, I went to a completely different piercing studio for a second opinion. The piercer there was shocked at the state of it and told me I never had the correct anatomy for a belly button piercing in the first place. He also said the piercing was done too deep and thick into my skin. His advice was to remove it immediately to avoid further problems, so I did. Now I'm left with an infected wound, $120 gone, and a very bad experience. I feel taken advantage of and wish I had been given honest guidance from the start. Please, if you're considering going here, ask a lot of questions and be cautious.

Awesome experience. This was my 16 year olds first ear piercing. He was super nice and everything was wonderful. Definitely recommend.

Came in for my daughter's first ear lobe piercing at 8 years old. They were quick, friendly, sterile and professional. We were really happy with the surgical steel titanium flat back options. They had several options to choose from. Ultimately we went with the flat backs as I thought that would be most comfortable for my daughter as she gets use to having earrings. The cost was $70 cash and we were in and out within 25 minutes at 4pm on a Saturday. We definitely got there just before the rush as there were about 7-8 people waiting when we left. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a child piercing as it's such a better option than Claire's.

My 14 year old was finally ready to get her ears pierced. She is terrified of needles, and was SO nervous. But the employee (Ivan?), was friendly, compassionate and understanding. Quick as a wink and her ears were done! While of course it wasn't painless, it was easy, no bleeding and we were in and out in under 10 minutes. They are cash only, and the price is $40 including a choice of basic earrings. My daughter chose a cute pair of purple stones. Much, much better than getting them done with a piercing gun in the mall.

I was considering getting a piercing here today, but I left without getting pierced because the consultation made me feel unheard, pressured, and uncomfortable. I think it's fair to come in expecting a conversation where I could show a reference photo, explain my placement preference, hear the piercer's professional opinion, and then decide whether to move forward. Instead, while I was trying to pull up the reference image, I was repeatedly interrupted. I asked several times for a moment to finish finding the photo and explaining what I meant, but the piercer kept making remarks and insisting that she already understood. She told me the piercing wouldn't look right on me before I'd even been able to fully explain what I was asking for. To be clear, the issue wasn't that she had a professional opinion. I respect the expertise of piercers and understand that they may need to advise against a placement for anatomical, safety, or aesthetic reasons. They're the professionals, and I'm open to being guided by that expertise, of course! However, I've already had a number of piercings and have never felt as disregarded during a consultation as I did today. A piercing decision should be a collaborative conversation. The piercer should be able to share their professional assessment, while the client should be given the space to explain their priorities, ask questions, and decide whether they feel comfortable moving forward. I should feel respected the same way I show respect to professionals. And I would've welcomed a respectful explanation or alternatives. But what really upset me was being discouraged and spoken over before I was given a real opportunity to clarify what mattered to me, and as a result I did not feel respected in the slightest. We also clearly weren't on the same page, despite her repeatedly saying that she understood what I wanted because she kept focusing on the lower crystal not being visible. The thing is I already understood that and wasn't concerned about it. My priority is on the placement and being able to see the top of the vertical helix. I tried to explain that distinction, but I wasn't given enough space to do so before more assumptions were made. I've also consulted multiple other professional piercers who've said the piercing is possible, so I was hoping for an actual discussion of options rather than having my request dismissed from the start like that. She also spoke to me as if I didn't understand ear anatomy, even though I have multiple piercings and was simply trying to communicate my own preference. She referred to my ear ridge as a "speedbump" and commented that my existing helix piercing wasn't very visible because of it. That wording may have been meant as humor, but it didn't feel professional or reassuring in the context of an already tense consultation. Visibility wasn't my goal with that piercing either, since I got it with the intention of wearing a hoop there once it healed. Comments like that made me feel like assumptions were being made about my anatomy and choices without first asking what I actually wanted. Because placement was my main concern, the way the consultation was handled affected my confidence in moving forward. If I couldn't get my preferences understood before the procedure, I didn't feel comfortable trusting that they'd be understood during it. The interruptions, assumptions, and overall attitude left me increasingly overwhelmed, and I ultimately had a panic attack. I left feeling talked down to rather than treated with patience or respect. Regardless of intent, the interaction made me feel unsafe, disrespected, and unable to trust the process. And honestly I really am especially disappointed because this shop has such strong reviews, and I understand my experience may be dismissed as a one-off because of that. Still, I don't think that means it should be brushed aside. I'd strongly urge anyone who is naturally anxious, needs time to communicate clearly, or is very specific about placement to consider whether they'd feel comfortable in this kind of consultation. A client should be able to ask questions, show a reference, and explain their priorities without feeling rushed, spoken over, or made to feel difficult. At the end, I told her I didn't appreciate the attitude I was receiving and that I was no longer interested in continuing the consultation. She didn't respond, and I left. I hope the shop takes this feedback seriously, because technical skill matters in piercing, but so does listening, respectful communication, informed consent, and making clients feel safe enough to ask questions before someone performs a procedure on their body.
