Had such a great time here at Get Air! The staff was very helpful and friendly. I scored a discount on Groupon and planned a day for the kids and friends. This place is very clean, they have a life guard on deck to oversea the children at play. They have zone areas for kids of different sizes and tend to keep those kid's grouped together so bigger kids aren't trampling the smaller ones. The prices were reasonable even w/o the discount but that just made it much more sweeter lol. A waiver is required to be filled out before entering, no slip socks are required for jump @ $3.50 per kid. Drinks are $4.50 each! Beyond frustrated with this place. My 16 year old son and his two friends wanted to go on a Saturday night. My husband and I had reservations so I decided to look online and be sure this would be OK. The website confirms over the age of 10. Despite this I decided I better call as well to be sure and was told the same thing the website said. All is well until we drop my son and 2 friends off and head to our reservation. I get a call stating that we would have to stay in the building. As I explain the situation, website, and call I am told " when you called you get the main number not us and they have not updated the website". All in all we wound up having to cancel our reservation and sit for two hours or lose out on almost 80 bucks with no care / concern. Would not recommend this place ​ read more

Went here for a birthday party for my 8 year olds sons friend, and was notified by my son that he and 5 other children witnessed 2 people having intercourse in this little room in one of the back tunnels. No staff supervision at all. Apparently they were then seen groping one another out on the benches after that. We informed staff and they handled the situation by talking with the individuals who did not deny it. The poor manager seemed like she was barely 23 had tears in her eyes and seemed she had no idea what to do or what protocol there was. She told them to leave without even calling the cops. I told her we need a report because this is borderline pedophillia! She called the police and a report was made. Come to find out they were MINORS!!!! According to Get airs OWN website children under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult. THEY VIOLATED THIER OWN POLICY! Do not bring your kids here it is not safe! I'm disappointed in my experience today. I specifically called the phone number listed for our closest location to make sure that none of the areas were closed off- as the last time we went the roof had collapsed and the dodgeball area was closed off. The time before that the toddler tower and slide were closed off- so I didn't want to pay for tickets and then get there and half the place was not functional. The person on the other end of the phone emphatically confirmed nothing was closed or out of service and they were excited to have us visit today! Great I thought so we drove all the way to the Tonawanda location, go inside with the three kids and what do you know the giant slide tower/trampoline section is totally closed and out of service- this is the only slide and tower for the bigger kids, it's like their favorite part. I ask why someone blatantly lied to me on the phone and they said their call center is actually out of state and they don't know anything about the locations and they don't really care. The worker didn't seem to care either. I asked if there was a discount for false information or for half the place being closed, they didn't really seem to think it was problematic. We immediately left to go to the other Get Air location in hopes nothing there was closed- but apparently how can anyone know?? Fortunately we passed by a Fun City and the kids decided that would be more fun than more issues with Get Air. After this debacle I called the Get Air call center to speak to a manager about this experience and they refused to get anyone on the line or put me through to a supervisor or manager's voicemail. So I guess customer service is not important to this business and I'll second guess any further visits. read more

Kids had a lot of fun jumping here for an hour. Lot of trampolines to jump on, big slides, foam pits and tons of obstacles to navigate. There is a small area in back of complex with a mini ninja warrior course that my kids loved doing. The dodgeball looked fun and there are some basketball hoops to practice your dunking skills. If you have little kids there are areas just for them so don't be discouraged to bring them. Prices are decent. Would be a nice place for a kids birthday party. read more

A little run down in common areas and could be a little cleaner but there's alot of kids running around so that may be difficult to keep up. The equipment seemed to be in good shape and kept in good repair so that's all that matters and my grandkids had a ball here! read more

The kids had a blast jumping during toddler time today. Who am I kidding? I had a blast jumping with my kids, too. There's tons of space to jump, foam pits, basketball hoops, slides, and various other things to climb on. It was not expensive ($9/child and 1 free parent) for two hours with full access to the building. It was nice to see that there was a smaller kid area separate from the other areas, in case you decide to go outside of the toddler time. I loved the fact that the employees were cleaning the building with a bleach spray and a flat mop (like a Swiffer) only larger and with a microfiber pad) frequently and the staff was friendly. We went last week. I'm pretty sure they just opened-very minimal adversting and no signs. Super awesome place though. In addition to jumping, there are some pretty cool obstacle course like things. I will say-it was really darn cold in there. My son was jumping, I was not. I had to put my coat and gloves on. Even he didn't break much of a sweat. I really really hope they get massage chairs like the other location. I see great potential in this place. read more

It's a great deal for toddler time, but toddler time can be improved. There were a handful of toddlers and their adults there today, but also a dozen teenagers. 4 were eating taco brunch with their grandma and then going back to jumping so there clearly was no toddler in the group. The big kids took over the basketball areas and swing and foam pits and didn't watch for toddlers coming, compared to the adults who would stop jumping when a little unaware kid bounced their way past. The music was also not geared towards children and if it's their time, they can have songs with more of a fun, age-appropriate message than "grow a pair." I agree it needs some cleaning attention as I found 7 bandaids on the trampolines. The first bar kids crawl under to get to the slide is not padded and the only place we got hurt today, which I'm surprised it wasn't padded since everything else is. The grippy socks are cheap and most people wore them that I saw, and they help you climb the walls better. Plenty of space to spread out and tire yourself and your kids out jumping. read more

Great staff, my daughter loves it here! The annual membership is a great option, it's a pretty good workout for kids/parents.

Lots of room for kids to play.. We mostly stayed in the toddler section, but there were other areas which were okay for toddlers too. It would be awesome if they served coffee or a few refreshments. Some of the play areas lack seating for parents with visibility. We plan to visit again for sure! read more
