Suggestion - take your kids on a weekday shortly after opening. At one point my kids had the entire place to themselves. Its ginormous here. Like an old McDonald's Playplace on steroids x100. I believe it was $25 per child if they already had sticky socks. Which seems steep but we were here for hours. It was clean, especially the bathrooms. And when your child starts screaming for Burger King because you can see it from the front window, you are allowed same day reentry. GENERAL ADMISSION: This is a large spacious indoor playground with a giant 2 level maze of slides, tunnels, and climbing platform. Although it does fill up quickly, it doesn't feel overcrowded even on the weekends. You are required to wear special grippy socks however, you can keep them and bring them back for future use or use similar socks from a different establishment. "SMALL KIDS AREA": a dry it hands air-quote as the toddler/small kids area is discussed. There is no monitoring of the play area so it's left up to the parents of small children to police the area. There is a constant flow of larger children running through hurtling babies and tackling the soft brick into a toddler or three. PARTY ROOMS: Rooms can be adjusted for larger or smaller groups. There are multiple rooms and our host was able to reserve one about a month ahead of time. FOOD: Typically places like these are known for their reheated frozen pizzas and stale pretzels but it was quite surprising to have a nice pretzel. The pizza is traditional Buffalo style crust with a savory not sweet sauce. The pizza was covered with oregano. Once slice had 90% surface area oregano. While this is ok for adults kids are not so receptive. I'm quite a frequent flyer here, we usually go with the family of 4 deal for $40 which isn't so bad I guess. Whatever to make the kids happy and give us parents some peace at night b/c after they run for hrs come bedtime it's no issue getting them right to sleep lol. I'm a big kid now :) I adore Billy Beez . The amount of fun that was had by the three children in my group, was priceless. The ages of the children I was with : 3-5 . Adults do have to pay to get in which was kind of a negative, but actually turned in to a positive because I am not going to lie-I had fun on the slides and crawling through the tunnels . Play with your kids people, you just might have fun ! The tunnels etc were spacious enough for adults to get through fairly comfortably , everything was actually sparkling clean on the Friday evening that we were there. It's not cheap, but you can spend a great deal of time here and the kids will definitely sleep well when they get home ! I did not check out the concessions, I understand they are pricey though. I know some locations do allow you to leave and come back in same day , but I did not ask about this at the Walden Galleria location. If it is allowed you can hit the food court which is right next to Billy Beez. We wound up doing that after we left. I liked this place. Or the idea of this place. Me and my daughter and wife had a fun time playing together. However The place is filthy, and in disrepair. You don't have to worry about wearing their grippy socks because everything is slightly sticky nothing is slippery including most of the slides. There's dust and dirt and spill residue in the tubes and climbing things. The floor around the place was also dirty. I walked around in clean socks and felt things sticking to them. It was gross. There are broken and worn out things all over the place. Not much in the ball shooting area actually worked. Some Things were roped off. Some things were not properly repaired some things were outright broken. We purposely went on a slow day, no one was cleaning. The arcade looked like everything worked so they must have fixed what the other people complained about. I went to use the hand sanitizer because I thought we are for sure getting the flu at this place and the dispenser was of course not working. In closing if this place had a crew come in and repair the many broken things and deep clean this place it would be amazing 4 star place. But in its current state 2 stars. This place is not for 50 years old and above. Only kidding, yes I went down a few slides with my grandaughter, but that is all I could. This is great for 2 - 10 years olds. The younger children should have parents with them and the parents need to be fast on the feet as my grandaughter could run from one place to another in seconds. This is a great place to wear out the kids and keep them happy all at the same time. Prices were not bad as it 12.95 for the child and 3.95 for each adult. For me and my hubby it is good so we can watch all the fun. As they have seats with tables in strategic places. We were able to keep the stroller and our purses with us. For my son and daughter in law, they go there 3.95 money worth playing on the sildes and tunnels. They do have a limited snack/drink bar for everyone, and drinks are needed every so often to take a break. For me it was great to cool down after moving around in the tunnels. They also had some games, but I don't think those are necessary as no one really played them. I heard mixed opinions before seeing Billy beez for myself. I took my 3 1/2 year old. My husband was there, along with my daughter' s friend of the same age, and his parents. The place is well maintained. It is bright colors everywhere, well lit, and looks very clean. I appreciate the security. Parents and kids get wrist bands with matching numbers that are actually checked at the play place's only exit. Even if your child runs our of sight with all of the slides and tubes, you know she cannot leave the play area and no adult other than the one she came with can take her out. They also allow re-entry at this location. This was nice because we could take our kids to lunch in the food court and weren't forced into buying whatever the Billy beez cafe had available. My negative is that guardians have to pay to come in with their child, and, obviously, no kid can be in there alone. I understand additional adults having to pay because they have a limited capacity, and every person in there means another one can't be. But, come on, let one supervising adult in with a child included in the $15 kids admission. The slides are the best. They have a red medium height slide and a blue higher slide that we could go down as a family. The slides were steep and fun for all. Other big hits with the kids were the soft foam balls that fly around an enclosed area and shoot to the sky. Of course, the 6 piece rainbow slide was a favorite. It was similar to the big pink fun slides at carnivals. Overall the almost 3 hours of entertainment Billy beez provide on a Buffalo January day was worth it. read more

Also, a snapshot of your family for security reasons. Depending on the configuration of your group, price could be expensive. Ours, though, was just right for the family four pack - at least one adult: 3 kids/1 adult - $40. Ok by me. One 65+ senior - free. Minors must be accompanied by an adult, and no adults allowed without kids. So, no roving bands of teens, or creepy people looking for kids. There is definitely not enough seating for adults who don't wish to climb and play with their kids. We got lucky and did snag a table with 2 chairs right away. Kids didn't stay around long enough to want to sit, so that was fine. However, there were many people wandering around looking to score a table. Menu prices were surprisingly reasonable. I was expecting movie theater prices. Got a couple large pretzels to share. Pops, though, do not have free refills, so fill it up with water from the fountain if you're still thirsty after the pop is gone. After an hour or so, we ordered fries. Took a half hour to get them, because they have to be baked. So, though not a bad price, too forever to get them. The price for a large pizza and 2 pitchers of pop was $20, and it actually looked good - like real pizza. Didn't order it though, as other plans were in place. In spite of the crowds, the kids had absolutely no complaints. Apparently, once you spread out all of those kids around the massive climbing assembly and slides, it's not as bad as it seems. So, not a bad way to have the kids have fun in the winter, and cheaper than going to the movies. Ever person is required to wear a bracelet to enter and is checked when leaving. A quit photo is taken incase your child is like mine and takes off the bracelet. Slides are very fun and some a super fast. I came flying out of one and landed completely on the mat. Fun music, cute place, and nice that adults and kids and play together. Way better than Bounce Magic, which seems a little boring by comparison, and no time limit like Rolly Pollies. Best value is to have someone over 65 take the kids, because they're free. $12 for toddles and $20 for 5 and up. If you call 24 hours in advance, you can drop you kid off here for 2.5 hours for $29.95 per kid, which includes the child's all day admission. This review isn't about the facility itself as I didn't have the displeasure of spending any time here, it's more about the staff themselves. Picture the scene : You're at work on a Saturday afternoon and your wife texts you ( you know she's at Billy Beez with your 5 year old and two year old ) telling you that her wallet has been stolen. OK it sucks but it happens, I tell her to stay there and they'll reach out to Mall Security and ultimately reach out to the Police to file a report and i'll go about cancelling our credit cards / debit cards. Then 10 minutes later I get a call from my wife in tears saying they she has no money, my kids are getting antsy and my 2 year old is getting hungry and the staff at Billy Beez are just letting a mom with two small kids sit there in tears without checking on her and also made a "call to Mall Security" who told them that my wife has to make the call to the police and handle it with Mall Security and the Police.....are you serious, a "Crime" happens on your property and your attitude is to let the customer ( who by the way had already paid extortionate prices to spend an hour there with her kids ) handle it themselves and also sit upset with her two kids without any help or checking on her whatsoever. Now imagine that you leave the office and drive down to console her, give her some money and wait for the Police to arrive so she's not alone. Now to end the story, she had to call Mall Security again to check and get an update ( Billy Beez staff did not ) and it turns out they found the wallet and someone had handed it in. After my wife had left and I thanked Mall Security for their help I decided to make my way to Billy Beez to be told by their "Manager" that they followed procedure, which means their procedure clearly sucks and needs an overhaul when you're a facility that caters to Moms and Kids but when something goes wrong you don't want to lend a hand to said Mom and Kids. Billy Beez needs to be ashamed of themselves and their staff training, Moral of the story is if you're interested in letting your kids run around and have fun while remortgaging your house to do so then Billy Beez is the place for you, but god forbid you need them to help you in a time of need as they really couldn't give a damn. read more

It was dinner time and the cafe was closed, they won't allow any outside food or drink in either! I only assume he was staff because he had a whistle around his neck. The arcade area was closed and it was mid-day. This place is really a joke and not worth the money at all. Here's the thing: this place is dirty. It needs a thorough cleaning and disinfecting. From the floors to the mats to the slides, everything is covered in a grimy film visible to the naked eye. That being said, if you plan on throwing out your socks and washing your clothes as soon as you and your kids arrive home, you'll have a lot of fun here! It's full of climbing, balls, and some of the steepest, fastest slides I've ever been on. My two year old loved the big slides. She enjoyed the toddler area but quickly moved onto the bigger stuff. I'd say you could spend a couple hours here on a cold or rainy day. Downside: they do not allow outside food and have conspicuously placed signs stating this everywhere. Also, at their snack bar (which was closed when we visited) they had a nice little sign threatening to call the police if anyone took any snacks without paying for them! Is this a common problem? Walden Galleria, New York I booked my son's 6th birthday party here. It wasn't our first time at this location so my wife and I knew what to expect and looking forward to my son's day with his friends. Our time lot was set from 11am at 1/22/22. we opted for 185$ worth of extras.. pizzas, sodas and chicken tenders. We were told at 1130 that the oven was shut off and the food would be a bit of a wait. 50 min later two pizzas arrive. The majority of the 14 guests got to have a slice but still had to wait for the 50$ tray of chicken tenders. John the manager was very upfront and willing to go the extra mile to accommodate our needs in Lou of the wait. While we were waiting for the rest of the food we let the kids play.. Here is where things started to go(further) south very quickly. Three of my son's guests came back to the room telling us that there was a woman following them around being rude about them not wearing their face masks. So we told them to put them on and go enjoy the time they have left. 8 min later they came running back one one kid was crying this time. Couldn't even tell us what was wrong because he was so intimidated by a bullying staff member. 35 second after they came in, staff member Angelica walks in and starts spouting off like a drill sergeant the Erie county health code and mask mandate. Once I got to the bottom of what she needs and why she felt the need to tell my child and his guests -word for word- "PUT YOUR FREAKING MASKS ON!!" because their masks weren't covering their nose while playing. I asked her to please leave and I needed to talk to her supervisor. I don't talk to my kids or his friends with that kind of language. Her saying this in front of us, who knows the kind of harassment was used while they were on the play floor. Josh did remove Angelica from the floor and we didn't see her for the next 30 min while we packed up to leave. (In the middle of all of this our tray of chicken tenders arrived. 1:15pm, super.) Not the type of situation we expected for a 463.19$ party for 14 kids. Rethink booking your party at this location while Angelica is still employed here. I'd consider a few people skill classes and maybe a little more training before releasing here extreme tactics of intimidation on your 6yr old's. read more

I am so torn over this place. They have places like this in Seattle and I used to go with my niece all the time - those were larger and staffed better, but I've learned that comparing east coast/west coast digs just isn't feasible anymore. It is a germ incubator, disguised with rainbow contrast slides and brightly colored foam bumpers. In a sense, this is where childhood dreams come to exhaust themselves into a deep sleep... and upon waking, have those dreams zombify your child into begging for a return. It's freaking madness, guys. This is why they can get away with charging an ungodly price for your kid AND you. Because regardless, you're going to buckle when you get to the mall and your child is drooling against the glass, aching to throw himself off of slides and scream and be, y'know, a kid. 5/5 for that security, though. Those people don't joke. You go in with your kid and you go out, that's it. Also, as a hilarious side note: The first time I came here was with my best friend and her kid. They ended up overcharging her and she called the next day to let the manager know. Simply put, he told her, "well, we don't know how many people you had in your group, so we can't help you," to which she paused and says, "Uhm. You took our picture for the card. Remember?" Wow-didn't realize how expensive this place was. I went with my BFF and her two girls, so I wasn't paying for any children. I told the employee I wasn't going to be "playing" (traumatizing slide incident at Fantasy Island in 1993) and he said I'd have to pay to get in. Weird. He ended up being cool and put me in the system as a senior citizen. Why would you charge adults? The girls had tons of fun on the huge slides. There's a room where you can shoot balls at things and a room you can play tiny human soccer in. Even toddlers have a designated play space with soft things and a baby hamster wheel. Drinks were over-priced and the head chef seems to be an industrial-sized microwave. The place was totally immaculate at least. I am torn. If it comes down to my five year old nephews review, "Uncle (long story) Dina, I love Billy Beez but that place is sweaty and exhausting!" My four year old niece, she was passed out in two minutes but laughed and had a blast as well. The facility itself is pretty phenomenal. A huge area with tubes and obstacles to climb, tons of slides, fast, steep, fun slides! A room with air soft guns and targets to shoot at. Very clean throughout, even in the bathrooms. Here is where I get a little stuck. The prices are outrageous. Four and under $11.95, five and over $20.95 and adults, $6.95. Granted I was able to play a little too but charging parents to just walk through the door is obnoxious, especially after you see the food prices. We had gone in the evening around 7pm and I asked if after a certain time they had discounted prices knowing they close in a few hours, "No". Lockers, there are none. I am the aunt that likes to play and get dirty with my little's. I expected a place to lock up our shoes and purse and to be able to get "sweaty and exhausted," myself. I don't carry a huge purse but trying to make sure my keys, phone and wallet were safe while climbing in tubes was not an easy task. The temperature, hot hot hot. I felt bad that my nephew was in a long sleeve tee but it is winter. It's absolutely a fun place to take kids but be prepared to drop a pretty penny. I would suggest leaving and eating anywhere else in the mall and then returning after for more play time. Oh! Security! I was impressed. We frequent Bounce Magic which has zero security for the safety of the kids however, at Billy Beez, we were all given wrist bands with matching scan codes. The doors in and out will not open unless you and your child have been scanned. This place is just great for young kids with so many slides and tunnels and safe climbing areas with pads etc. It's very clean and sanitary as well. I'm giving it only 1 star because the manager is a complete jerk. They shut down entry about an hour or half hour before they close which is fine. I was in there with my 3 year old daughter who was running through like Usian Bolt after a case of redbull and my wife and neice and son came back to give me a hand. My knee was hurting and I was losing a battle against an overly energized kid. So I asked the manager of my neice or son could just run around with my daughter for 20 mins so I could take a break. The answer was no! He wouldn't let any new people in. It seemed like it would pain him to open up a cash register just so that he could charge me full price for 20 mins of relief. To me that's borderline criminal and just inconsiderate and an ahole move. I won't ever bring my child back there and I hope anybody reading this take the same advice. read more

Decided to try this place despite negative reviews. My 2 year old and I had such a blast. We were there for 4 hours and he passed out within 5 minutes in the car after we left. And I got all my 10000 steps in for the day running around with him. I do not think the prices are outrageous. You get what you pay for. It takes money to maintain the equipment to keep your child safe. The money you pay is for an all day pass and if you do not want their food, Billy Beez is in the food court area, so get different food and return to play again. And the bracelet you get has a unique number to you and your child so it is difficult to have someone else walk out with your child. Someone wrote it is dirty in there and the staff were cleaning when the place was open when they should have before opening. First, it probably takes all day to keep that place as clean as possible and it has to be continuous. I saw an employee climbing up the indoor playground with a vacuum as heavy as my kid. I sat at a table and ate pizza. When I got up, about 5 minutes later a staff member was wiping the table. So there was always someone cleaning. If people think they can keep that place completely sanitized is unreasonable. Parents if your kids are sick don't bring them here to get other kids sick. There is no place to secure your belongings and there are no adult hangers for your coat just toddler hanger. So I was constantly check on my things. And staff might be short as there was only one person at the front but it wasn't busy. Overall, we both had a great time. We will be going again. read more

The kids have a great time here, but the place is run very poorly. We got here at opening time (10 am) on a weekday during the Christmas break. With only one person at the front desk, the line ran all the way out into the food court. Restrooms weren't stocked with supplies. Snack bar was closed. Nobody could play games in the arcade because there was no staff at the prize counter to sell you a card or add money to the one you have (there's a machine to do that, but of course it was broken). I'm pretty sure there were only 2 or 3 staff on duty, despite the fact that it was obviously one of their busiest days. I shudder to think what would happen if there was some sort of emergency, as there is clearly not enough staff and no management presence to handle something like that. read more

It looks like the place has never had a deep clean, especially during sick season, this is honestly hazardous. Sticky stuff on the floors, trash, dust, bathrooms smelly. I mean we all have kids, we know things get dirty but there should be some type of protocol for sanitizing or cleaning the play areas often. 2. Pretty pricey for little ones. My son is 15 months, I think it should be cheaper for little ones who stay in the little beez play area. It's $13.95 per child ages 1+ and $3.95 per parent. 3. Rude staff. I came with a group today at around 2:30 pm and it was not busy by any means, the cashier rushed us to pay as a group and seemed like we were pissing her off by making her do her job. Why work in a kid's place if you lack people skills or even basic customer service? 4. Snack bar a joke. No food until around the time we left at about 6pm yet there was a worker sat there watching videos on his phone since we arrived. By the time we were leaving he was serving shriveled hotdogs that looked like my worst nightmare. 5. No way to play games as machine to add money onto card is broken. Pointless to even run the electricity if you ask me. All in all I really wanted to love this place. It has SO much potential! All the kiddos loved it as it's a really cool place, just lacking basic qualities of a well kept business. You can't lack on cleanliness and service when it's supposed to be a family fun place. I don't know why so many poor reviews my four year old absolutely loves this place . It's what you would expect and reminds me of Leaps and Bounds from when I was a kid. This place is what you would expect .... for those saying you have to mortgage your house to go here , they are being highly dramatic. My wife , daughters (4 year old and 1 year) and I can all go for $19. As a comparison the price of the zoo is nearly double that . The place isn't dirty , and it's a kids slide and fun house, to those expecting the place to smell and look spotless I say you need to be more realistic with your expectations. As others have stated do not bring food in , and theirs is pretty awful. However your admission is a day pass and you CAN go out to the food court and eat if you desire. Its fun for kids and even adults who like to go in with their kids . Tubes and slides are big enough for a guy like me 6"1 , 200lbs so again not sure how people find reasons to complain. In any event , my daughters and my friends kids 2-6 love this place and it's fun to go for a few hours. It's a kids gym/ playground don't expect hospital type cleanliness like others . And my advice would be to eat/snack before and you can bring in water/drinks. We love the place and your kids will too! read more

Okay Billy Beez. You have seriously disappointed me. My son loves this place. We had a play date planned last Thursday with some friends. Since it's Christmas week, most of the mall opened early. My friend called the day before to confirm their hours. They said they would be open at 9:30am. So we get there at 9:30am and saw closed gates. So we waited, and waited some more. TWO HOURS LATER, the gates were still closed. I guess the person with the keys, decided to just not show up. We ended up leaving, which is pretty annoying when you have kids who are super excited to play. I wrote them an email when I got home. I tried calling but still no one was there to answer the phones. A week later still no response. I tried calling this morning multiple times, and left a voice mail. Still NO RESPONSE. What is going on??? read more

Great location for toddlers and kids a like. A lot of things to tire them out and decent amount of snacks to keep them going. Usually busy on weekends but it's cold out so its expected. Always clean and fresh. All and all its a good spot to stop. read more

We have been to Billy Beez before but just had our daughter's birthday party here tonight. She had begged to have her party here and I am glad we did The kids had so much fun that the parents had to drag them out. The staff was very attentive and easy to work with. They did everything, which made for a low-maintenance party. Having it on a Friday night meant that the place wasn't overcrowded and we weren't in a big rush to leave the room at the end of our two hours. read more

I wouldn't even give this one star. I realize a policy is a policy. But this policy of not allowing bringing outside food into Billy Beez should be for everyone. Not whom you pick and choose. An hour later witnessing a group of people bring in outside food and allowed in with it is absolutely ridiculous. Then to watch as staff allowed some people the ability to wear their shoes, sandals and even go barefoot on the equipment! Completely disgusting. GROSS!!! Come here often and my kid loves it. BUT, our last experience a week ago was horrible!! This place was filthy, mats were filthy, floors were sticky, everything was extremely dusty, play areas were poorly maintained, snack bar was closed, most of the video games were out of order (some without signs so the games just stole your money) and this was in the morning when it first opened so there's no excuse. Most of the staff was just standing around. I could go on n on too it was that bad. seriously disappointed. I mentioned to the manager on my way out that the place looked terrible and we were disappointed on how filthy it was and he said "sorry about that, it'll be cleaner next time." Not 3 feet from where we were conversing was a puddle of Gatorade on the floor that sat for at least 2 hours. Whata joke. That dude sucks at his job. read more

Nice afternoon and something fun to do other then going to the mall to shop. My 2 year old loved it here today. He climbed, he went down the big slides, and just played!! It was pretty clean, I saw things on the floor and in crevices that needed a little more attention but overall it's a good time. It's meant for kids so the parents should be pretty flexible and be able to move around in small short places! read more
