This place recently underwent a big renovation and I didn't see any new photos/reviews so I wanted to leave one! We live five minutes from the Tonawanda location and recently heard about this one being renovated. It's perfect for younger kids with a huge playground area, multiple slides that land in ball pits, and a huge climbing structure with slides that reminds me of Discovery Zone when I was a kid. We took advantage of toddler time and paid only $13 with tax for two hours. There were maybe ten other kids there total, it felt like we had the place to ourselves. In comparison to the Tonawanda location, this place is ten times better. My daughter barely even went on the trampolines because there was so much to do. I took a star off because the water fountains were out of order but they had vending machines for water bottles and Gatorade. The walk to the bathroom is a bit far too from the newer area. read more

When I say I had a time tonight, baby I had a time. We all enjoyed ourselves so much. I went in with no intention of jumping. I had never been there before. I ended up not only jumping and playing with the children and adults in our party but having a full fledged dodge ball session which was loads of fun. We went through the obstacle course, super fun. I didn't get a chance to do too much but what I did do was great. Amazing. Highly recommend. I didn't try the pizza because it had pork in it but several others said it was really good. I saw it get dropped off I'm not sure who makes it but you order through get air. read more

Updated review: They have come a long way in a year. Went from one star to 4:00. They have improved with new equipment and looks like they fixed the safety issues. The one thing I would say is they need more people working the floor and the front desk. Otherwise this place has gotten a lot better! read more

My 6-year-old has a lot of energy. He has always, his whole life, had a LOT of energy. And cue, Get Air. Before he started preschool, my husband would take him here every single Wednesday morning. It was something fun to do, and he has yet to get bored of it! Our favorite parts are the big foam pit that he can either do a running leap or swing into, and the obstacle course area. He likes to pretend he's a ninja warrior. It's always clean, staff are friendly, cost is reasonable, and the space is massive, so I've never felt like I was bumping into people. Parents are free to roam and get right up on the trampolines to monitor their kids too. Definitely a fun time! read more

Seemed like a perfect place to pitch a kiddie birthday party. The cost wasn't too much ($300 for ten "jumpers" with a coupon for 5 free jumpers, equally 15) and it included pizza. There were many other parties there, so much so that Get Air offers a party check-in only line, but it's still really confusing when you walk in because they have the area all roped off, and the staff doesn't seem well suited to facilitate a clearer admission into the facility. So, when the kids for your party start clogging up the entranceway, it leaves you wondering if you made a good decision. Nah... it'll be fine. Once we finally got the party all in, the table and decorations set up and we sent the kids off to jump their little hearts away, a buddy of mine showed me a video that he been captured a week prior at that location showing a whole mess of teenagers brawling, I started to wonder if Get Air was the best place to have a kid's birthday party. Nah... it'll be fine. The pizza came. Every party there gets the same pizza, which is from Deniro's in Depew. It was pretty good, and the kids devoured it. In fact, it was so good that I upgraded an additional star to this review. Drinks aren't included, however, and you are expected to provide your own . We put them in a fridge offered to us, and when we tried to retrieve them the staff there asked us what we were doing in an accusatory manner. Hmmm... Nah... It'll be fine. At the end of the day, and all-in-all the kids had fun, which is what is most important. That and closing out our tab where Get Air tried charging us for additional jumpers. My wife asked to see the list, and there were names listed we have never heard of that were attributed to our party. We don't know if the staff accidentally screwed up, purposely tried to screw us or some stinker kids crashed out jumping party. No, no, no... it's fine, it's fine. Once we finished serving all the food and cleaning up all the mess, the staff, who were just lovely throughout the whole occasion, asked us if we would like to leave them a tip (HA!). What an incredible experience. This was our first time at the Union Rd location and WOW! It's night and day compared to the Tonawanda location. It was VERY clean and the manager (Syed) was very friendly and answered any questions we had! We went for Sensory Hour and it was a wonderful experience. I had a birthday party for my daughter here. They told us to arrive fifteen minutes early to set up but then weren't ready for us when we got there. They did have a table set up for us but nobody checked in on us a single time during the 2 hour party. The place was filthy. The bathrooms were unusable because of the uncleaned filth. There was a section of a trampoline that someone had peed on. Then when we were checking out, they actually asked (verbally) for a tip. I wanted to say, "For what?" But I just gave one. We celebrated our daughters 9th birthday today. The party included 17 children!!! This was the best location to have them run around and celebrate! The manager was very attentive and met all our needs for water, napkins, and extra cups. The table was already set up when we got there and they cleaned up. Also, the pizza included was just amazing. Everyone kept asking where it was from. It's missing a star because we didn't have our private room. The tables are all side by side next to each other which can get confusing with so many kids in one area. read more

The kids had a blast jumping but the amenities and the staff were awful. The staff was beyond rude not allowing us to use a long table that was not in use. We had to order food out as they have nothing here besides over priced vending machines and the bathrooms are so nasty. I used a middle stall that the toilet didn't flush and then there are 3 sinks and the middle one has no running water. Nasty Nasty Nasty. And I was informed by my 7 year grandson that the men's room has a big hole in the wall. Terribly disappointed . read more

This is a great place to get the kids some exercise!! We paid for two hours for 4 kids, one left early but the other three bounced almost the whole time. I got an hour for myself too, Bc I couldn't watch any longer without trying it all out! I really like the set up on this place, it's got sections so it's not a million kids in the same area. There wasn't too many kids there either, a lot but not crazy. The only thing I take a star off for is price. I didn't have the sticky socks- so try to bring some grip slipper socks with you- it'll save you $3.50. So for just me- I had to pay $18. There should be a deal for the parents. I mean- how many of us can really jump around for more than 20 minutes or so? Other than that- all the teenage workers were super sweet and helpful. This place has potential, but could use some improvement. The good: spacious jumping/playing areas, some arcade games, rooms for parties. Netting and padding seems mostly in good shape. The bad: Half the arcade games were broken. The checkin was slow with the wait to sign waivers for the party I attended (they should probably advise to show up 10-15 minutes early to account for this). Also the "mandatory" safety video wouldn't play. There wasn't a great explanation of the process for us first-timers, but I knew from going to other trampoline parks that we'd need socks. Overall the place was pretty messy. There was gum/food crushed into the carpets in the play area and I'm guessing it's mainly a Petri dish since it'd be hard to clean those foam blocks. But, the kids had fun and no one got hurt too badly, so I call that a win! read more

Today we had our son's 5th birthday party at Get Air. It was perfect! We had kids as small as five and and old as 15. They all jumped and had a great time. What other place can make that happen?! Hands down the most accommodating and pleasant staff to work with. My husband returned from his deployment and wanted to surprised our son at the birthday party. Everyone on their staff including their management was on board to make this surprise happen. It was an awesome and tear jerking event! Moreover, they were so respectful of my husband and thanked him for his service. It was the best money spent. I was there for the first time with my grand nephew. The computer system they had to provide waivers utilized an outdated system and the lighting around the computers was dim. I asked where the drinking fountains were and when told, discovered that they were broken. The place felt drab and dingy however it had some cool things that I'd like to go back and try. I hope they improve the computer system, the drinking fountains, the lighting and replacement of materials that are worn or ragged. read more

Took my two nieces ages 4 and 5, and my nephew age 2 on a Friday evening. My parents came just to watch and not bounce. The waiver process was easy on the computers provided at check in. Price wise I thought was a little high as with younger kids they are supposed to be limited on where they can go. The kids had a blast and since it was not busy at the time they let the girls go into the larger trampoline area so me and my sister in law could jump with them. It was quite the workout and fun. I had my child's birthday party here! I wish the time was extended slightly because 2 hrs isn't very long for jumping, cake, pizza and presents. Besides the time constraint.... I absolutely love this place and so does my daughter. She is the 3rd friend of ours to have thier party there. I wish there was some form of security at the door due to the kids running around so fast it's hard to keep up :-) Give the place a try!! Bring your jump socks back otherwise you have to buy another pair. UPDATE: we have gone several times since my daughter's birthday party, and we will be going again in three weeks for another birthday party for one of her friends. We love coming to get air. It is great exercise for the kids, and work out if you as a parent jump to chasing your child. There's no reason to go to a gym. read more

We stumbled upon this place by accident. We went on a friday night around 9pm. They had a special going on that was 2 hours of jumping that included socks for $16. They have this platform ( excuse my verbage for the following because i really dont know how to describe it otherwise lol ) that you jump into this huge blow up mat. You know what stunt doubles use to jump off buildings? That's what this is haha It's about 10 feet high, It scared me to death but such an adrenaline rush!! They have bubble ball, this target game, dodgeball, TONS of trampolines, basketball and some other course stuff that looks super hard lol The only thing that I was bummed about was there isnt a foam pit that's for adults. My Daughter wanted her 6th birthday at Get Air. We booked the basic jump package with a promo if you book 15 jumpers you get 5 of those jumpers for free. We booked online and paid the deposit of $120. The website was very easy to book, you pick out your date, how many jumpers, food, and drinks. You can also add extra food or treat bags etc. I arrived to the party about 20 minutes early to set up. The young man at the front desk was wonderful he checked us in right away, he told us he would check in guest as they arrive and show them upstairs to the party. He showed us to our party area That was upstairs and was set up really cute! I didn't even use the tablecloths I brought. There was a parent table, 2 kid Tables, a cake/present table, cooler, and a cubby shelf for shoes. We had a wonderful young woman always checking in on us and asking if we need anything she was amazing! All the kids and parents had so much fun at get air! The pizza was great we got 3 and that was enough for everyone. I did bring water, 2 fruit trays, a veggies tray, chips, and mini cup cakes. Get air allowed us to bring that in which was really great! The kids were busy and were always entertained. The parents got to sit. eat and relax knowing the kids were safe and having fun this was my first time having a kids birthday at a place and I can not recommend Get Air enough! From what I would have spent to have a party at my house, with food, drinks, decorations etc it costs me so much more than get air did. This place runs a dishonest operation. They sell tickets to kids and then does not honor them and makes them but new tickets. No refunds are given. Management doesn't care about customers only how many tickets they sell. It's all a scam. The hide behind playing dumb and blame customers. What in God's name is going on at this place?? If you'd like a local behind the scene's peek at what a destabilized nation might look like, go visit this place. No need to purchase any type of wristband or anything since no one cares. Stroll right on in and have a look at the hundreds of unsupervised kids literally ricocheting off the walls! It's like January 6th all over again. Some Points of Interest: 1) There was certainly an employee somewhere behind the counter, buried behind a sea of people. Beyond that, about an hour later I saw a very defeated looking elderly woman, hunching by us with a garbage bag. She was not carrying the bag - she was dragging it behind her. It was obvious that she was in the throes of despair. This was the only employee I saw the entire time we were there. 2) Were any parents present? Not many. There was a grandmother sitting on a bench, reading a novel that she never once looked up from. There was one mom who randomly walked over to me in a state of distress. "Hello," I said. She didn't have time for pleasantries and instead cut right to the chase. "OH MY GOD I DON'T EVEN FEEL SAFE HERE, I FEEL LIKE I SHOULD BE MAKING A PHONE CALL ABOUT CODE VIOLATIONS." 3) The foam pit was a literal crisis situation. A sign near the pit clearly stated "One Person At A Time", but not one of the 87 children jumping into the pit seemed to notice. There was also a man in the pit digging through the foam pieces for at least a half hour. At first I thought he was an employee looking for a body, but no. He was someone's dad? Uncle? Mom's boyfriend? looking for his cell phone. I assumed this to mean that he, a grown ass man of at least 6 feet, had taken the liberty of jumping into the pit. This would technically be against the rules, but that's only if rules mattered there. They don't. I have no idea if the guy ever found his phone. Meanwhile, a child was being buried by the foam pieces being thrown by the man. My daughter saw the boy who was at that point buried up to his neck. She said to him "do you need help??" "Noo I'm goood," he assured her in a tiny voice. I don't know if he was. 4) At one point, I found a baby. Just a random baby. The baby was walking through a huge trampoline area. "No One Under 49 inches" said the sign. Apparently that baby couldn't read, but I could. The baby walked right by me and fell down a flight of stairs. I tried to pick the baby up, but she muscled past me with a disgusted look. "Come back here, Baby." I called. She ignored me. Finally I found her parents. They were casually chatting, completely unaware that their baby had been on her own adventure for probably at least ten minutes. I gave them their baby, and she rejoined them and all of their other babies. I don't know, man. This place is a real disaster. All of the vending machines were completely empty. #BARFORAMA I decided to have my birthday party here with my family and friends, and we had a really fun time while we were there doing all the different activities they had compared to sky zone. The party itself was really fun, however AFTER the party is what I had a problem with. Less then 2 days later, 4 people from the party caught a REALLY BAD stomach flu, (including me) and all had the exact same thing. It was the same people who decided to use the archery helmets, which are filled with germs, and obviously not sanitized, because we used more than enough before eating. This took place during march, so it's obviously a crappy time to get sick. Just caution yourself if you go there. read more

This place was awesome for my 5 year old son and I. After reading some of the mixed reviews, I wanted to make a point and write one. We've been to indoor trampoline parks in other parts of the country and Get Air is right there in terms of pricing. We showed up at the half hour mark mid-afternoon, got a two hour pass and bounced our butts off for two and a half hours for around $50. From listening to the announcements, it sounded like they didn't nudge people out the door after their time was up until the half hour mark, so in theory, we could have stayed for another half hour, but I was shot! The staff was friendly and very accomodating. Typing out the waiver didn't take long at all, we brought our own approved socks and got right into it. The facility was clean, well-heated but not TOO hot while we were exercising (which is tricky to pull off in the winter in Buffalo), and there was a lot of variey in the different trampoline areas, rock walls, toddler areas, dodge ball, soccer and even a 'danger ball' area where my son could climb inside of a giant inflatable ball and duke it out with some other kids. Get Air was a great place to go during a school mid-winter break. I would much rather spend $50 for the two of us to burn some calories and spend time together than throw $40 out the window in the span of an hour at a children's arcade when we have better video games at home anyway. My only regret is that I wish I knew about the place sooner! read more

This was a nice place! Took my nephews here and we all had a good time. Staff was great. Wasn't super crowded but it was pretty busy. I enjoyed it maybe more than my nephews did. I already had a rough day at my job of having staff keep a house clean then I walk into this mess! My daughter had to go the bathroom as soon as we got there, and instead of having it be super clean it was super gross and it just got even more disgusting as the night went on. I purposely did not drink water again to avoid using the bathroom again because it was gross my kids had to use it again. No single use towels, a broken air dryer. Now I can see how hard it can be to keep a place like this clean, but I couldn't even imagine jumping into the foam pit seeing the dirt discoloration on the foam blocks and on the in betweens of the trampolines. The bubblers for water did not work and you had to pay for water if I would have known this I would of made sure that my water bottle and my kids water bottles were filled up. Will we be back sure, but I guess I have to bring a lot of my own supplies. From soap to water to paper towels. Will I my children's birthday party here? Absolutely not! I took my 7&9 yr old sons here to attend a family birthday party for a friend's child & her party was to incl pizza, gift bags & ice cream all of which had to be asked to bring up to the party because they had only 5 employees in the whole building and there were EASILY 200+ kids there and no parents & SEVERAL all out brawls broke out throughout the place & 14-16 police officers showed up & little kids were traumatized, crying & hiding under tables. Our party got all of our kids to safety in the party area & gathered our things & left. As we were leaving the police mostly went back outside to leave & had to be called back inside because several more brawls were breaking out inside. People being jumped, sucker-punched, stomped on, trampled, you name it. This is not at all an atmosphere for ANY kid. One of the employees said it was a regular thing on weekends. I feel sorry for the employees & the owner wasn't on-site & when a complaint was issued & they called the owner to inform him of the absolute madness & disappointment, he offered to give her child a free jump pass! Are u kidding me?! He could've offered a free lifetime pass & id decline. This place needs several more employees, an on duty police officer & parents should have to be present. I would 100% not recommend this place for your children unless MAJOR changes are made. Not to mention the place is filthy & empty pop cans, water bottles & trash everywhere. Notice that if u leave a decent review, Get Air will comment & thank you for your review. But the owner turns a blind eye to posts like this because they can't deny any of this. This place is amazing for kids... And adults too! I brought my son for their toddler jump and he had a blast. They have so many different activities (more than Sky Zone). I'll tell you what, this place is a blast! The management was great to deal with when we booked our birthday party and were VERY accommodating. I'm a big hospitality freak so if personnel and management at least make an attempt, I'm a happy camper. These people went well beyond that and made the day a breeze. The kids had a blast and were able to stay entertained all day long- which made the parents happy to say the least. Excellent place for parties and group fun. The staff were the best we've dealt with in a long time, which was quite refreshing. We will definitely be back next year! read more

We attended a Birthday party tonight at your union rd, Cheektowaga  location. I have never been so appalled in my life. There were teeneagers walking in without paying,  just to start fights, stealing money out of kids hands, pushing over lockers, jumping on pool tables. 4 fights broke out. Cops were called in. After the cops stepped out there were even more fights. Teens pushing into small children all the while staff did nothing to help. My 2 small children along w the rest of the birthday party were terrified hiding behind the table,  crying trying to stay safe. This was disgusting.  This place needs to be shut down before someone is killed. I had to run my kids out of there at some point and had to pull off because yet another fight started in the parking lot and then the teens started to approach my car. This is not ok. The worker stated that this happens every sat.  Seriously???? You guys let this continue to happen???? Thank god my kids were not hurt. I will never be back again. We went on a Monday afternoon, during the holiday break, and it was super busy, as can be expected. We took our 11 yr old son and 13 yr old nephew. We waited in the long line which took about 30 minutes to get through. One adult filled out the waivers at the computers, while another stayed in line, so that shaved some time off of our wait. I have never been to a place like this, so when the girl at the counter asked if we needed socks, I told her that we didn't. I didn't notice yet, that everybody running around had the same socks on their feet. Within 30 seconds of paying we turned around to ask about socks and the girl at the counter was gone. There was one guy left at the counter to handle the chaos. He really was doing the best he could given the situation. So we try to ask him about the socks and he tells us that they are $2/pr. Okay, fine, but that we had to wait for the guy that he had paged to help him at the counter. Well that guy was not showing up, and after 10 minutes we were getting irritated. We just wanted socks! So my sister asked the guy again if he could sell us the socks because we had been waiting a while, and he told us that we couldn't skip the long line of people behind us. Seriously?! We just waited in that line! So my sister got snippy with the dude, and he slapped the socks in her hand and told her to have them free of charge. After that, the kids and adults had a great time. There was plenty to do, and we could have stayed much longer than the hour we paid for. Bottom line-- management failed that poor kid at the front counter. He was clearly overwhelmed. It would also be helpful for them to ask customers if they've ever been there before and mention the sock thing. read more

Fun for kids but never would i have another party there. There is no private room we basically had a table mixed in with everyone els who was there. What they also don't tell you is that on top of juggling all the kids at the party they are not allowed to touch your food. So you have to serve it, cut and serve the cake and pour your drinks. What am i paying a party host for? Then they ask for a tip. It would have been a lot cheaper to have everyone meet there and pay seperatly. To each there own but if im paying for a party there i would have liked to actually have help. The only thing our host did was check us and our guest in. Didn't know we needed special socks until after we paid to get in... then had to wait even longer to buy socks. I am one of the Shift Managers currently working at Get Air Buffalo. I have been an employee of Get Air for nearly four years, since its opening in August of 2015. I'm reaching out to you to express my concerns regarding employees Stephanie Lannen (Assistant General Manager, Get Air Buffalo) and Ryan Wicks (District Manager), particularly the circumstances surrounding the employment and termination of the previous General Manager of Get Air Buffalo, Imran Syed. Prior to and after Imran Syed's hire, I have noticed consistent concerning behaviors on the part of Stephanie Lannen and Ryan Wicks. All of these behaviors have been things I have personally witnessed in my time with Get Air. One concerning event occurred the day prior to Scott Reed's firing (first General Manager of Get Air Buffalo). Stephanie Lannen and Nick Dibernardo (previous Assistant General Manager of Get Air Buffalo) had an extensive relationship that developed soon after the opening of the park. Nick and Steph dated for most of their time working together and when Nick stepped down from his position, it was given to Stephanie. During one of New Year's Eve events I watched them take shots from mini bottles while I going to stock vending. They were standing in the back of the park and had unknowingly taken the shots in front of three kids sitting about 15 feet away. They then kissed went into the back storage room. I walked back there to see them both take another shot. They offered one to me and I said no. I told the GM at the time and nothing was done about it to my knowledge. In another instance Nick and Stephanie told multiple employees, including myself a couple days after the event, that they had sexual intercourse in the foam pit attached to our little air court. This happened after close the day before Scott Reed was terminated. The following day, Ryan Wicks (then GM of Syracuse) came in to announce that Scott was no longer with the company. That morning during toddler time a child urinated in the same foam pit. When I came in that morning for my shift I was told by Ryan and Nick that once toddler time was over I had to clean out the foam pit. Once toddler time was over Ryan took Nick and Stephanie to the local Walden Galleria for lunch. I was left alone in the park for an hour to clean the foam pit. I was only a lifeguard at the time. At this point in working for Get Air I was only 17 years old and still a minor. I knew I shouldn't have been left there by myself but I didn't think that bringing that to someone's attention would have accomplished anything. While this occurred some time ago, after the termination of Scott Reed I was concerned that I would experience repercussions for any attempts to make contact with Human Resources. I had brought multiple things to the attention of Ryan Wicks during that period because he was our acting General Manager after Scott was terminated. One of my first interactions with Ryan, he walked up to me about 15 minutes into my shift while I was guarding open air and told me in front of customers that I "needed to start taking showers or using cologne because I smell like crap". I was taken off guard by this statement and said that I had taken a shower 30 minutes prior to my shift. He said that I needed another one and walked away. Since then I have not felt comfortable working while Ryan was there. Stephanie has come to work multiple times smelling like and behaving as though she was under the influence of marijuana. To give just one example, just a few days ago, she left in the middle of her shift saying she had to go to the bank. When she returned, she smelled so strongly of marijuana that multiple employees noticed. She then spent a good duration of the rest of her shift on her phone in the manager's office. This is not this first time that Stephanie has done this. When our past GM, Michelle Stotz, started training her replacement (Sarah Fleischer) Stephanie had admitted to me that she "smoked a blunt" in her car before her shift. She had the remainder in her purse that she then brought through the building and into the manager's office. Sarah, Michelle, and myself all noticed the overpowering odor as it consumed the office. Stephanie told me that she was talked to in the office by Michelle and was only told not to do it again. To my knowledge no disciplinary measures were taken. Fun for the kids, but very dirty. Only one person watching the entire building so a lot of the rules not being followed.
