We booked a birthday party here for 11 children during an extreme heat wave, only to arrive and discover there was no air conditioning. We later learned the AC had reportedly been out of service for about two weeks, yet no one contacted us in advance to let us know or offer the option to reschedule. Had we known, we never would have brought a group of children into those conditions. An Orange Heat Alert was in effect, and both children and adults became overheated. Some showed signs of heat exhaustion, and the kids were struggling to participate. Instead of enjoying their birthday, they left sweaty and disappointed. To make matters worse, the staff member assigned to our party was called away to a lengthy staff meeting while we were the only party there. We struggled to get water refills when they were most needed. Mara was helpful whenever she was available, but overall the staff seemed unprepared, and no manager came to check on our group or address the situation. What was most disappointing wasn't just the broken AC--it was how the situation was handled. There was no advance warning, no apology from the GM, no effort to mitigate the conditions with fans, complimentary cold drinks, arcade passes, or any other accommodation. Customer safety and satisfaction should have been the priority. We paid a hefty price for a memorable birthday celebration and instead experienced an unsafe and deeply disappointing afternoon. I hope management takes responsibility for how this was handled so other families don't have the same experience. read more

I had an amazing time when I came here for a mother and daughter date. I paid for a one-hour time slot along with non-slip socks, which cost me just under $50. The place was so spacious and the color scheme was beautiful. This is definitely for all ages. They did have some food which was candy and nuggets and pizza that were pre cut and sectioned. I don't think I would eat there but it is in a plaza with multiple restaurants. We didn't have any problems finding a place to jump or enjoying the various activities. ‍‍ I'm definitely coming back here again! Overall, it is a great place, and I would go again. read more

BIG NOOO! Fun for your kid might end up in hospital with broken knee into pieces! I am experiencing the pain. Just be aware of extreme left at the back airbag for jumping... my child end up hitting so hard on airbag that her knee got into several pieces... was not able to get up at all. Imagine what is underneath the airbag..? concrete or broken iron bars..or something left to be fixed /repaired later as its not visible... They have your signed waiver documents, you cant blame them...but they are not having proper ice pads is not written in there. They charge you for socks separately but will provide ice cubes filled in polythene. Staff is not not trained to assess and handle such severe injuries as well. read more

I'm a little bit surprised by the somewhat average rating this place has. For people who didn't like it, are there other trampoline parks who do it much better? For me, the place was spacious, with a massive trampoline area, ball pit, rope swing, dodge ball area and others. I even liked how the trampoline area had varied sizes of squares (or trampolines) so that with some of the larger ones you would feel more comfortable to do things like flips and back drops. They also had a really cool monkey-bar, jungle gym area as well as a large arcade. Lots of couches for people to relax on, which were right on the same level as the trampolines that you could watch your kids from a close proximity. They place is very clean and the staff were plentiful and helpful. It's not necessarily the cheapest place, but considering the costs they would have (including lots of staff to monitor the jumpers), I'm sure it's a fair price. This is my first time trying out this trampoline park since it moved in to the old Target/Zellers building. The idea is really interesting that is for sure, but there are some things to be left desired. First of all when you arrive you need to sign up on a computer first before paying and getting in - basically put your info and any kids info in to their system to register. I can see how this could be pretty confusing for some people, and even be a bit of a bottle neck. Luckily it was not so busy when we arrived. Once we registered we went up to the counter and had to purchase special socks (3$ a pair), then you pay to jump. It's $20 an hour for adults - I think that is a little pricey honestly. For kids 6 and under (we had one with us) it was less money. Weird because honestly the kids do more jumping and running around than the adults I find. Anyways... Once we got in there, there are a lot of options for jumping and playing. For $20 though, as an adult I really didn't feel so comfortable jumping and running around with 50+ kids all over the place. Like i felt like I was going to bounce a kid too high, or smash in to someone, or even jump on someone! I found myself saying "careful" and "look out" more of the time than I really felt was necessary. I do think that the kid I was with had a good time, it really can tire the kiddies out! I think it would be a cool idea for birthdays or parties of any sort for the kids. The place seems very clean, washrooms are clean, and the staff seem pretty nice. They do have staff watching over the people jumping around, which I thought was a good idea. Honestly just too crowded to really have much fun - but I can see how the adult nights (glow nights) could be a great time! More or less I just don't see how $20 equates to jumping around for an hour with 50+ other kids. I also didn't enjoy that we had to pay $2 for a locker - I didn't bring a toonie so we had to carry around our items and watch them wherever we jumped. Annoying. I guess that is my fault but I had no clue lockers would be so pricey! I'll return if I'm with kids and let them jump but I certainly won't pay to jump with the rest of the kiddos! read more

Facility had good elements- but completely lacked in enforcing rules. Went for Toddler Time on a Sunday advertised as 10am-11am. By 10:30am the place was full of older children, including at least 2 birthday parties. We then moved into the toddler area - okay space. Then a group of 6 older kids (8-10yrs) came charging into the toddler area and playing - staff member walked through the area - told one of them to get down off an element and did not ask them to leave. Also found that the padding on some elements in Toddler area had shifted and beams were felt right at child level (only covered by thin material). Won't be back. read more

A bit pricey, and the registration process takes a long time. I can see that this place could be so much fun, if it were run differently. There's a lot of trampoline space, and some good, fun features, but it's pretty crowded, and are way too many small children running around unsupervised. Many of the parents seem just happy to have their little ones entertained so they can chat with friends or visit Facebook on their phones. What happens is that someone is just beginning to jump when suddenly a toddler runs up behind them or crosses in front of them, so the jumper has to freeze to avoid crashing into or falling on the child. There are lots of older kids jumping across the "under 6" area and nobody stops them. Moreover, groups of older kids or young teens will take over an area (like the dunk hoops or the rope swings), and nobody else --- child or adult - will get a chance to try it out, despite signs regarding sharing and time-limits, and the few so-called supervising attendants are too timid or lazy to say or do anything. It's a shame really. The family enjoyed tumbling and bouncing around, but I think it could have been a better experience. read more

I brought my friends here who are all in our late twenties and we had a blast. Great service that was attentive and friendly. The pizza was delicious. We didn't have to wait in line because we bought the party package. We loved all the activities they had including lots of trampoline space, rock climbing, tight rope and the pit. They also had dodgeball which was even so much fun playing with kids. Flying Squirrel is the best recreational entertainment center I have experienced. This trampoline park is located in a former Target building. It's a massive urban playground catering to the whole family. The customer service I experienced is far better then Sky Zone and Rockin Jump. Those parks do not even compare to Flying Squirrel parks. There are comfy couches located everywhere and a full service restaurant catering to adults while their little ones play. The cleanliness of the park is far above the standard entertainment facility. They have court monitors to ensure safety rules a followed properly. The management were friendly and helpful with any of my questions regarding birthday parties. Ultimately my experience was fantastic, the environment is amazing and full of energetic colors and wall to wall trampolines. Check this place out because you will literally bounce of the walls! read more

In a word...FRUSTRATING. Having already filled out our waivers online, we stood in line FOR OVER AN HOUR to pay and check in. 40 minutes was spent watching the understaffed front desk slowly check customers in. The next half hour was waiting for them to fix their terminals of which all but one were down. After having the entire line stand there for half an hour they decided to check customers in manually and fill out the waivers by hand. When we complained that we had spent a ridiculous amount of time waiting in line, we were offered no compensation or good will whatsoever. Still paid for the full jump time. No vouchers for a future visit. Nothing. Asked for the manager, once we tracked her down she informed us she was in the middle of helping someone else and would be right back. Stood and waited and she walked right past us on her way back never to return. Gave up and decided to simply give up on this place. Kids enjoyed it. But definitely wouldn't consider coming back. Check in just crazy! Check in staff slow and overwhelmed. Huge counter with only 3 terminals. One of which is reserved for online ticket purchasers. Staff inside just stand around not really keeping any of the kids in line. Would recommend AirRiderz or SkyZone. Been to both and nothing close to these ridiculous waits! read more

disaster. Unorganized. people waiting outside in cold for hours & no one being let in. Registered & did waivers online prior. Arrived at 8pm. Told they were waiting for Neon to start at 9pm, but no one was let in by 9:30, so we left. An hour and a half outside for nothing. Never got near the door. Crowd frustrated. Why didn't they just tell us they were full & we would have gone home & maybe tried another time? After this madness, we will NEVER go back. read more

Let me start off by saying this park is HUGE. I've been to a lot of different trampoline parks and was impressed with the flying squirrel. My buddies and I only could jump for about 45 minutes before we were all worn out but were able to try all the activities they had. They had the classic dodgeball and freestyle but a couple neat things I hadn't seen at a trampoline park before were the airbag(way easier to get out of versus a foam pit) a slack line(I suck at it but it was neat) and a rock wall that you climb horizontally over a foam pit. We made sure to go on a slower day weekday morning to early afternoon is what they recommended when we called and it was nice having some space to ourselves, from what I had heard the weekends were very busy. All in all it was a great time we even had lunch there, taste better than all the fast food junk in the area and the prices are relevant. We'll be back! read more
