The place is well taken care of, though I think there was just one staff on the whole time we were there which is kind of crazy but the place ran like a well oiled machine. When my husband asked if they were open, the guy said they're open all day (in a um duh kinda way). My husband responded with well, last week you were closed for a tournament. Not a good first impression before we even step into the building. We arrived to bowl around 4:45 pm and were lucky to get a lane immediately. For some reason the lane was only available for 45 minutes but that was a good enough time for our family of three. I think we should've been charged a bit less because we were charged for the full hour. Now let's get to the actual bowling experience. It was my daughter's first time bowling so we were glad they had smaller bowling balls, the ball ramp, and guard rails. Overall, we had a good bowling experience even though we lost on purpose so our daughter wouldn't get so pissy LOL. 3.5 stars because the phone call and full charge for less than an hour.

Music was pumping and all was amazing. They have a lobby area with a small arcade (I stress the word small with only a claw machine, 2 arcade machines, one pinball and a single motorcycle machine. Each token is $1.00 and you need 1-2 tokens for each. For the bike, it seems like many people didn't know how to throttle (tip: roll your right hand away from you). There's a pool table area which has two single bathrooms. There are two decent sized party rooms to book for events. Overall it was a nice place. Back to the laser tag. Fifteen minute rounds were sufficient. It's enough to get your heart beating and you're moving around enough to work up a sweat. The equipment was nice and newer. The LED lights which changed colours when you get shot was bright. The laser beams were visible since there was a smoke machine. There were allegedly three bonuses to get rapid fire and other useful things but I only found one. We played 3 rounds in total. Spaced out so another group went in between each of our rounds. All in all it was a good time. Check it out if you're in the neighbourhood.

Since it's literally just 6 steps away from where we work it would have been a missed opportunity to pass this up. They open at 1pm on a Thursday so it was very nice of them to let us play before hours of operation. Very kid friendly. They have an indoor playground which got even me excited! One down side was that 3 of their arcade games were out of order. Wasn't that big of a deal as we were there to shoot the hell out of each other!! Team building exercise? A dark arena with uv light up above, so don't wear white! With 21 people in this room I'd say it was fairly big. At times I would find myself seeing no one at sight. But turn one corner and bang! People ducking, hiding behind obstacles and shooting you through holes in the wall! Since we played during our lunch break we had a 30 minute game. Everyone was drenched in sweat by the end. So bring water! 5 stars because it encourages physical activity + lasers + well organized! TL;DR -Indoor playground for kids -Great place to shoot your friends & family -Dont wear white! -Bring water!

I went here with my little brother, and take my word for it, though: it's worth going the extra distane for LQ. While Laser Quests lets kids (and adults) choose their own nicknames and life out their videogame fantasies in a huge two-story arena, ULT's arena is three times smaller, and their laser guns are so "child-friendly" that they won't even work unless the player holds it with both hands! Add to that the fact that, in the first game, both my brother and I were given defective vests, and that there's a $5 fee to use their indoor playground, and it becomes clear why I prefer LQ over this place any day.
