Keep in mind we are talking about learning a few names and not more than 3-4 conversations total during a span of 2 months? And imaginings about incidental contact? Management at other locations in the GTA seemed mature enough to appreciate such routine interactions. But at this location, some definite overreaction by some of the more off-brand, lower-energy managers - Santhoshi was one manager observed misbehaving in this manner but even Kelly was misinforming customers on multiple occasions, even ganging up to do so together. Will head office turn a blind eye to such shenanigans? We are bringing our kids here to have fun, not to put up with petty politics we get enough of at the office...

They also provide you with a small set of place to hang your coats if you're lucky. The staff member was kind enough to provide extra hangers for me when I asked. You have to buy aerosports socks, not from any other place like SkyZone. Go karts is extra but the line up is very long on the weekend. They provide you with the head net before putting on the helmet for hygiene purposes. You get 10 laps as well. There is a small children track too. I would come here again since I have a coupon I received from the birthday party and bring all the kids. It was quite fun despite the upper jungle gym being closed due to the zip line incident about a month ago. Only thing they need is to have more washroom stalls.

Music was pumping and all was amazing. They have a lobby area with a small arcade (I stress the word small with only a claw machine, 2 arcade machines, one pinball and a single motorcycle machine. Each token is $1.00 and you need 1-2 tokens for each. For the bike, it seems like many people didn't know how to throttle (tip: roll your right hand away from you). There's a pool table area which has two single bathrooms. There are two decent sized party rooms to book for events. Overall it was a nice place. Back to the laser tag. Fifteen minute rounds were sufficient. It's enough to get your heart beating and you're moving around enough to work up a sweat. The equipment was nice and newer. The LED lights which changed colours when you get shot was bright. The laser beams were visible since there was a smoke machine. There were allegedly three bonuses to get rapid fire and other useful things but I only found one. We played 3 rounds in total. Spaced out so another group went in between each of our rounds.
