Asked why then did they ship UPS Ground, since I had placed an order for myself on Wednesday, and since there was no hurry had it shipped by UPS Ground Shipment, and it won't arrive until Monday, SIX DAYS after it was placed. So much for "protecting the quality." Also asked why they said the shipment had been shipped when it hadn't. No response, then a curt message the shipment would go out on Monday. Still no answer whether it would be shipped next day air, which I had requested and paid for.
