First time using German Tech Electrical and Stefan did an amazing job! I contacted him and we set up a time for him to look at the equipment so he could give me a quote. He gave me a quote the following day and we agreed on the amount and scheduled it. He is very prompt and clear in his communication and showed up on time. What I love about Stefan is that he is a no non-sense kind of guy. He tells you the price that the project will be and what time he will be there and lets you know 30 minutes in advance before he shows up. He is prompt, professional and sets good prices and lets you know in advance if he is even able or qualified to do a specific project for you. I love that he is not in the business for money, but he actually cares about doing good quality work at a fair price. He is one of the best electricians I've ever had the pleasure of working with and I highly recommend him over anyone else. The last couple of months, I've had electricians come and give me quotes and they were three times the price. And I also did not trust the vibes those other electricians were giving. Stefan is a complete opposite! He is to the point excellent communicator, no fuss and does clean quality work. He even came out again a few days later to tighten a wire in the electrical panel that originally was not done right by the home builders and showed me exactly what happened. Stefan is an excellent electrician and he does the work himself. He solved my problem with a ground fault interrupter (GFI) thereby restoring power to important systems in the house. He was prompt, courteous and thorough. While searching for the solution to the problem, he discovered a 220 volt outlet that had a 110 volt outlet--potentially destructive and dangerous. I have been using this electric company for some time. Before I found him all I could find were contractors who would stoop to any level to rip you off by doing shotty work for exuberant prices. It seemed that it was common practice in Las Vegas to nickel and dime you to death for work that you would expect from an apprentice. Then one day I ran into German Tech Electric. His work was superb and set a new standard of how electrical work should be done. It seemed that on every job he made it his personal goal to not only fix the problem but make it very neat in the process. My OCD about details were finally resolved as everywhere he worked looked like precision surgery. I guess this is why German engineering is so highly regarded. He may not be the cheapest but if you want a job fixed or done right the first time at a quality rarely seen these days I would highly recommend giving him a call.
