Regardless of how fast these people can change a tire, it'll may still take a bit for them to drive out to you. We were 20 minutes out of Waco and it took about 35-40 minutes for our person to show up. I'm not sure how many people actually work here since the person who took my call was also the person to come change our tire. I ended up having to ping him my location since I was having difficulty figuring out where exactly on the highway we were. He worked quickly, was knowledgeable about the situation, and was very friendly the entire time. When we were billed, he said he was an independent contractor so he negotiated the price with us. The total ended up being $75, which I think is pretty reasonable considering how quickly he worked and how much less expensive this was than calling a tow truck.

After a lot bruises, scraped knuckles, some blood, sweat and tears I gave up. I started looking for a mobile mechanic. I was worried about having to wait a week for someone to come out here. That's what happened with the last guy I called to help me in a similar situation. After not showing up, then rescheduling twice he finally got to my house. His own tools actually broke while he was using them and ended up borrowing some of mine. I wasn't looking forward to another experience like that one. I started do my own maintenance and repairs. I haven't paid anyone to do anything to any of my vehicles since 1996. I called a few mobile mechanics on the list before I got to Ryan's name. He's the only one who actually answered the phone. He told me he could be here in 40 minutes. I was ecstatic! He showed up when he said he would be here. He is very friendly, has the tools needed to do the job and gets it done right away. I'm especially happy to report that Ryan didn't try to tell me stories about problems I know I don't have! Six hours after talking to Ryan, I still hadn't heard back from anyone I reached out to before him.
