Everything is computerized and organized, they interface with your insurance directly, and my car was done in a week, and at the exact time and date they told me -- a minor miracle for auto repair! They even washed my car and wiped down the inside! The office was clean and organized, the reception person was great at her job and was more than happy to help out understanding insurance stuff, and my car looks good as new.
