I arrived early for my appointment and their technician got me checked in right away. They did not seem super busy so he swiftly started on my vehicle and it was done in around half an hour. The workmanship was great but the customer service was somewhat less. While it's a fact that they do this all the time, I almost never need auto glass work yet they seemed to expect me to have expert level knowledge of my car's glass and my auto insurance policy. The scheduler Teri was fairly terse in her interactions with me. I felt validated in my assessment when I overheard her on the phone with another customer (it's a very small office). Definitely use this place for your auto glass needs but check your expectations at the door.

They responded promptly and were able to get me scheduled quickly, all via email. In-person interactions were just as pleasant. My vehicle was quite messy (I have four kids, so you can imagine the amount of crumbs!) and also had some mold, which they were able to treat and remove from what I can tell. They even gave the outside of my car a quick wash, which I hadn't requested but really appreciated. For those curious about pricing, it truly depends on what you're wanting done and the size of your vehicle. For mine -- which included leather conditioner treatment, a full interior detail, and mold cleaning -- the total came to $571. If I'm being a little nitpicky, I would have liked the leather conditioner rubbed in a bit more thoroughly, as there were some streaks, and they did miss a couple of small spots during cleaning. That said, before I left, they made it clear that if I had any issues, I could bring it back and they'd take care of it. The small things they missed are minor enough that I can easily handle them myself. Overall, I would recommend this business -- the positives definitely outweigh the minor misses. --- UPDATE --- After posting my review, I received a call the same day from the establishment offering to address the concerns I mentioned -- even though I had given them a 5-star rating. They truly didn't have to reach out, so I really appreciate the effort. It shows a lot of integrity and pride in delivering both great service and the quality customers pay for. They insisted on having us come back so they could fix the conditioner on the seats, but since we had already put covers on the kids' seats, we had addressed it ourselves. When getting quoted for a job they did not come look at the car and the new part I wanted to install so I either thought they were confident they know what they're doing/talking about, but no. They assumed it was a part different than discussed and didn't realize it would require more work than replacing the original part. They then asked for more time mid job and an increase in the job's cost (from what I originally agrred and signed for. I returned at a later date to ask how much it would be to finish and they said since the bumper has to come off, it would take around 2 hours of labor, so the cost would be $300. The original tech had told me he had everything routed for me to finish wiring "without" taking the bumper off. So either it takes them a ridiculous amount of time to take a bumper off I could do in much less than an hour, or they're lying about things and can't keep their stories straight. No wonder I've walked in while they argued on the phone with someone.

I reversed my bmw into the top of our garage door and was feeling stupid for doing it. The owner was really kind and reassured me it happens a lot.(true or not I do appreciate him making me feel better!). The pricing was really fair. They ordered the necessary part and scheduled the work promptly. They had us in and out same day and the car looks like new again. They even detailed our car before we picked it up! Rarely do you find this level of customer service anymore and we will be back for any future needs (hopefully never for the same thing!).
