She always follows up and was able to get the exact glass I wanted. They worked with the insurance and I did not have to pay a single dollar. Matt, who was the technician who repaired my glass is probably the nicest glass technician I have met. He came out and reviewed the damages. Also did a throw evaluation of the condition of the car. This shows that they pay attention to detail. I recently took my car out after two days of it sitting in the garage to make sure that the glue had set even though it's likely not necessary. The glass itself looks brand new and the workmanship without any damage. I don't think you can ask for more. Of course they can't work miracles to make your glass completely like new but you can see the before and after pictures. Replacing a windshield is costly and also a pain so if i can fix it instead I would take that option. In and out in 40 minutes for this complex windshield repair. I hope I don't have to use their services in the future but with the roads in Indiana I'm glad this is an option

Mike had the glass in stock and came out to replace on site. The glass lifts and rear wiper obviously weren't included with the replacement glass, which he didn't tell us and were at home at the time of the installation, and Mike offered to come out and install the, We just needed to call him. After several attempts were made to contact Mike to install lifts and wiper over the next several weeks with no success we installed lifts and wiper ourselves. Wiper did not work. Left messages for Mike that the wiper did not work and requested his assistance in getting it to work. Mike, came on site to resolve issue and explained something was wrong with the motor and it needed something sprayed into it that needed to set for a bit and that should take care of the problem, also apparently the wiper (which was purchased brand new was stripped and needed to be re-threaded, which he could do at his shop), he'd be back before the weekend to complete the job. As of today my rear windshield is missing the rear wiper, he has only returned half of the brand new wiper I gave him. He was paid in full for a job that was never completed and I still have yet to receive the receipt that I've requested on numerous occasions. Guess I should have went with Safelite, he was only $50 cheaper. What they say is true, you get what you pay for!
