I pulled up and was helped by Ron, who produced a speedy quote for paint repair on my 2024 Equinox. He was efficient, pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Not only was the Boyd quote the lowest of all obtained, but I felt the most comfortable about getting the work done here, and they didn't disappoint. The paint job was done well, it was completed a day earlier than the promised day, and also completed at the quoted price. I will return again with any future needs.

The work was incredibly overpriced, and they tried to tack on an extra $50 onto my bill when I was paying for the brakes. This shop will do anything to get a few extra dollars from you. Because I'm a woman, they try to exploit me and give me made up repairs my car didn't need. They assumed I wouldn't notice anything wrong with my brakes that were installed completely incorrectly as well. The service I received was unprofessional. When I came to pick my car up, my phone mount was on the ground below the drivers seat and looked like it had been stepped on. DO NOT come to the shop unless you want to be disappointed and sink even more money than they charge you to get your car fixed by another mechanic. Save your money in your sanity and go somewhere that cares about you and your car.
