Auto Glass MD stuck out to me because they come to YOU to repair your windshield (which is super convenient for everybody). I scrolled through the company's website and Facebook and loved the fact that I could send a quick email for a quote and got a response within 30 minutes. They're even able to respond via text messaging (for those of us who hate being on the phone). Rick from Auto Glass MD came out and finished my windshield right on time for me to enjoy the day! I paid exactly what was quoted by Rick, not a dollar more. I felt comfortable knowing that I had someone who knew what they were doing work on my windshield. I didn't feel like I was being ripped off just because I'm "a girl who knows nothing about cars". I would highly recommend Auto Glass MD to anyone in the Chicagoland area. Good thing there was another car or ours would have taken far more damage. They didn't have a few parts in stock so we had to wait an extra few days for them to get everything repaired. Quality takes time and this job shows how they took time and used proper skill to restore our vehicle to mint condition. Can't speak for costs since it was all covered by the insurance. The estimates given to the insurance company didn't seem overpriced to me though, but that's coming from someone with no prior body shop encounters. And hopefully this will be our last.
