They are quick, do quality work, and all of the staff members I've met have been professional, kind, and communicative about the repair and billing process. I had a safety belt repaired/replaced after it had to be cut, to free a dog, who had gotten tangled up in it. This shop was able to attend to it fairly quickly, and the repair has had no problems over a year later. The cost was higher than initially quoted; but I was able to satisfactorily work this out, with the owner, in a pleasant conversation. I had used this shop before (almost 20 years ago) for body repair (a car, not me) so I returned to them again. I would use this business again if the need comes up. read more

Louie and his team are fantastic! I had an unfortunate incident with my truck, resulting in quite a large indent spanning the rear door and bed of the pickup. Sharp Auto Body takes care of everything. They dealt with my insurance company to get the full amount of money needed for the repair, provided a loaner, and kept me up to date on the whole process. They even coordinated the return of the rental car I had! The truck looks great, they got new matching side step bars, re-did the liner on the part of the bed that needed it, and made the paint match the rest of the truck. I went to Sharp on a recommendation from another repair place that couldn't fix a dent. The process was quick and easy from start to finish. After I brought in my vehicle for an estimate, Louie clearly explained option for the repair and insurance claim. I was able to manage the scheduling and payment from home with Adrienne's help. Play even picked up my car, gave me a courtesy loaner, and brought my car back to me when the work was done. The detail job was awesome- so clean. And the dent and paint job are phenomenal. These guys are wonderful! Been in business for 38 years. They provide all kinds of extras at no extra charge: Free on-site estimates, free loaner car, totally handle the insurance issues. Love them - and they go pretty much anywhere! AND they do excellent work. Don't let your insurance adjuster make you go to one of their "approved" body shops - that's called steering and it's illegal. I would definitely use Sharp any time - I trust them! read more

* Update * Spoke to owner today, seems they will rectify the situation. Will update review after this is done to verify problem has been fixed. Do not use this place: literally go anywhere else. Anywhere! I have taken 3 separate vehicles here and had issues with all 3. Once you have an issue they are rude as can be. They do not return calls. They do not follow their own scheduling. And they will recommend upgrades that have no warranty that they say are top of the line but they are not. Example one I got a new truck under coated here with what they claim gm uses on all their trucks ( my next call is to gm), literally within 3 months there's rust. This option they recommended cost 5 times what the regular under coating costs. When confronted about it they stated their is no warranty their is nothing we can do. Then after being told they missed a spot they stated they would use some of the product once another customers vehicle was done. I was told weeks ago on a recorded line that, that customer was done and there was nothing left over so they would order more and touch up the area they missed and the rust areas. I called back in today and they never ordered it they stated they didn't know what I was talking about at all and got quiet rude and defensive then proceeded to tell me that that customer just got their truck done. When I confronted them about the discrepancy they doubled down telling me we never told you that. Not knowing I record every call with them because I have had nothing but problems with them. I honestly wanted to give them a chance because I like them because I like to support small local business but this business I cannot. Example #1 I brought a Dodge Journey to them to be buffed out. They did the job but I didn't notice they left compound on the rockers. Once it was put on a rack by the dealer it was noticed so I brought it back to them where they attempted to get it off but said most likely it won't come off because it sat to long. They offered no solution. Example 3 I brought another vehicle there to have body work done. They wrote an estimate and told me to drop off the vehicle the following week but they would call me to let me know what day. Over a week passed so I called them and they stated oh yeah we're 2-3 months out. Absolutely ridiculous that I had to call them to figure this out and they did not call me like they said they would. Then I have called them 5 times over this whole week and today was the only day I received a call back because I rattled enough cages to get one but I have requested to speak to the owner now 2 times and haven't heard from him once. Do yourself a favor don't take your vehicle here. Because I have even talked to other body shops as well as the trucks manufacturer and the undercoating if properly applied should've Lasted a lot longer for 5 times what the cheapest option cost. and the minute you have an issue they accuse you of making accusations against them and that your a liar. Not good at all. Instead of literally touching up 3 areas which btw was all I was asking for they decided to blame me and state none of this ever happened. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LACKING. read more

I was in an accident in December. Sharp's tow company picked up my vehicle after a call from the police, who told us our vehicle went there. We called Sharp and they denied having the vehicle until it sat for 10 days earning 750 in storage fees while we had no clue where it was. My husband received a call from Sharp day 10 asking if our vehicle was the Kia Sedona he walks past every day at the tow lot........ya right. So my husband said yes and released the vehicle to Sharp. They proceeded to lead us on with lies of repair plans being submitted end of day throughout the month of January. By the beginning of February I'd had enough, and said I wanted the vehicle moved to Adam's auto body. Sharp wouldn't release my vehicle. They were demanding over 5k for an unauthorized teardown. They claimed they got phone authorization. That was untrue. We went back and forth with them for another month until I finally demanded the audio file of the supposed authorization. They could not produce it, of course, so they finally agreed to cut ties with us, but claimed the reason was my slanderous and libelous emails and reviews. That was also untrue. I sent no libelous emails and made no reviews until now. They then scammed State Farm out of over $1800 and myself for another $363 for a fake admin fee that will not be reimbursed by insurance. This is not the first vehicle to be "rescued" from Sharp recently and it won't be the last. State farm said they asked the local police to stop calling Sharp after an accident. Not only did they make it look and smell like a new car outside and in, they picked his car up from my house and dropped it off when it was done so I didn't have to worry about getting to and from the shop. Sharp Auto Body, in my experience, has been by far the worst body shop that I have ever used. They are simply terrible at body work. They will hold your vehicle for weeks, even months at a time and yet still manage to mess up the job. Their work ethic is terrible. They have the worst communication skills and not to mention they will flat out lie to your face to cover their own ass. Also, be very cautious of their "loaner" cars they will attempt to give you. None of the loaner cars are even close to being safe to drive. All in all this "place" doesn't even deserve the title, "body shop". If you choose to go here, expect the worst workmanship you've ever seen. read more

I brought a car there to have the driver's side window replaced, on a Saturday morning. I was given a loaner car with the understanding that it needed to be returned by Monday evening. Ok, fine. Since my car was going to be ready on Monday, no problem. I'd drop the loaner off and pick mine up. The work on my car was paid for in advance. The guy who owns the place called me FIVE TIMES at work(NOT exaggerating. Got in trouble for it too, thanks, Sharp) during the course of the following Monday to make sure that I knew that I had to have the loaner back that day. WTF? I heard you the first time.... Insane. WONDERFUL SURPRISE Took my Mercedes Benz GLK 350 to Sharp Auto Body to have some work done. I chose SHARP AUTO strictly because of the location. I have dealt with several auto body shops over the years and Sharp Auto Body is by far the best. The repairs are absolutely perfect and he doesn't charge for his loaner cars. I've had hail damage repaired and after extremely close scrutiny found that it is impossible to tell that there was ever any damage in the first place. I've had a new fender put onto a 11 year old car and the paint matched perfectly. I am a perfectionist in this area and it is a perfect match. Get into an accident? Call them and they will tow a free loaner to the accident scene for you to drive home while taking your car for repair. How does it get any better? read more

We had a Vehicle in there for repairs due to hitting a Deer, after going back and fourth with the guesstimate we agreed and had the work done which turned out real good (body work that is) that's where it goes downhill, so they called said car was ready they will deliver (great right) then I get in it to drive it and its running like crap!! mind you car was fine mechanically so how or why did they think this car was road ready?? called Louie he said they would look at it we needed a loaner so I ended up loaning from enterprise all was supposed to be covered according to sharps. so we rang up about 200 bucks in loaners fees, finally got the car back and fixed but we have contacted them several times and not getting anywhere. this was the last time we take our cars there. plus I had my truck repaired there and there was open spots Louie said drop it off will take care of it. but I work so time is not always there for me, I ended up trading it in cause it started rusting where they missed with paint. read more

I recently was involved in an accident where I was rear ended. I took my car to Sharp Auto Body because it was local and close to home. I could not have been more pleased with the way everything was handled- from the estimate to the actual repair work. They are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and well organized.Great communication as well. They coordinated with the other party's insurance company and handled it all. A truly wonderful staff. The work on my car was FLAWLESS. Such precision. I went over it very closely and I cannot tell it was even touched. I swear it looks showroom new. So pleased. They also give you a life time warranty on their work and they even washed my car and cleaned the inside. Such a nice touch. I can't say enough good things about this place.
