Atlanta Best Used Cars

So I get it they are a used dealership. Someone else in the reviews describes it perfectly. Lots of…read morecars, friendly staff, clean cars. But they know the tires on the cars ain't sh- and we'll just add in a tired package to your loan to fix it. I went with their bank choice Westlake which was so bad in rates and obviously refinanced asap. They where good about asking me if I paid and hyping up the capabilities of the car but then the car couldn't do half the stuff they listed and if you can ask me about pay answer other things wrong with the car. Like why the brakes needed flushing since March but I bought it in August. Didn't notice the warning cause they probably reset it over and over again so I got the warning after I already drove off the lot. I'm making the best of the car but the price compared to what it is was not fair and completely inflated. For that I cannot recommend this place and would not. Where I thought I was saving getting a used car I couldn't have spent the same and got it new. Just a no go. Oh and they added on gap coverage without asking as well. So thankfully once I refinanced I was refunded the extra packages but not a return or suggest feeling for this business.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a car dealership. We had a confirmed appointment…read morewith Sam to finalize financing on a specific car. We showed up on time and waited for over an hour, only to find out he had sold the car to someone else without any notice or communication. There was zero respect for our time or the appointment that was already scheduled. If a car was going to be sold, the professional thing to do would have been to inform us before we drove there and waited. This was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Poor communication, poor customer service, and no accountability. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Be careful trusting their appointments, as they clearly do not honor their commitments.

After that the car AC stopped working and acting strange. Brought it back and was told to replace the entire AC system for another 5.5k. I was then referred to David Mai at Solo Motorsport by a relative. He tested it for a day. Found a coolant reservoir was bone dry. Cleaned it and filled it up. The AC is now blasting cold air just in time for the summer, and the strange noise was gone. All for $150. Thanks David. You got a customer for life. John

When I got my car back , the car was still overheating ! Took it back because they give a "3 year warranty" , and again , car overheating ! Found out from a friend it's overheating because of a radiator fan not working which he doesn't even work on Mercedes and he figured it out .. took it back to solo motor sports and he gave me a appraisal for $900 to change the fan when they should of saw the problem from the start ! I said no thanks , and went to go pick up my car and he said he felt bad for me and he would fix , When I went to go pick up my car they charged me $300 ? What warranty ? Car still overheating and fan radiator doesn't work ! Got cussed out because I was wanting an update on MY car that took 2 week to get back and nothing was fixed. Was made to feel like he's doing me a favor fixing it , and I shouldn't be calling for an update when I've spent so much money already . THEY SAY they "specialize" in foreign cars (Mercedes) , but all they gave me was gangster vibes and stole my money .I was nothing but respectful and trusting of them at first , who cusses out a customer because they just want an update and tell them to hold on and send me straight to voicemail . Now I have to go to a real shop to get this radiator fixed . It's all good GOD sees everything and Karma will get you .. you know who you are sir.

I am giving two stars only because on the sales side, my salesperson was great -- professional,…read morefriendly, and easy to work with. She took time to answer questions and made the initial purchase process feel straightforward and positive. Where things fell apart for me was after the sale: * Hennessy Lexus did not seem to have ownership of the title at the time of sale, which caused a delay in processing my tags and my temporary tags almost expire. They finally got the title and tags at 5pm the day my tags expired. They wanted me to drive to dealership the next day on expired tags to pick up my new tags. * The service contract was overpriced compared to what I've seen at other dealerships and through third party providers. * I tried to contact Alexis to cancel the contract, and it took me having to take time off work and go into the dealership for anyone to respond. The response was complete a form online. Her answer as to why she did not return my calls was she's busy and get a lot of calls. When I ultimately cancelled the service contract, I was told it would take more than 10 weeks to receive a refund back to my credit card. That is an unreasonably long time to process a credit card refund. I had to report them to my credit card company. I received the refund within a week after threating them that any interest charged against my card would be lawsuit again them. This left me feeling like customer care was not a priority once the sale was complete. Overall, I'd rate the sales experience positively because of the salesperson, but the service contract pricing and refund process were very disappointing. If you choose to work with this dealership, I'd strongly recommend: * Reviewing all service contract pricing carefully and comparing it to outside options before signing. * Getting clear expectations in writing for how long refunds will take if you cancel add on products. * Confirming title/deed ownership details and timelines up front. The salesperson did their job well, but the back end processes and post sale support need significant improvement.
