What a fun way to spend a Sunday morning in Georgetown. In the parking lot of a school are tons of vendors selling vintage items, handcraft goods, clothes, and more. My family of three had a blast browsing each stand and buying a few items like a necklace for our daughter. The coffee stand at the market was excellent- highly recommend. One thing to note is there are no public restrooms, but the Safeway across the street has three.

This is my favorite flea market in the #DMV currently! So many antiques and vintage goodies. I have found some great pieces to add to my collection. I currently have a vintage watch obsession so that is what I have been hunting for and I've found some unique pieces here. All the vendors are very friendly and most of them have been setting up shop here for decades. Even if you don't buy anything it's still a fun place to visit. So many rare finds and very budget friendly! I can't wait to go back!

Lots of clothes, artwork, jewelry with scattered linens, plate ware and crystal ware. Good quality items.

Sunday 9-1 at the Fillmore school. I wasn't too impressed with the selection but they've got a lot of stuff for packrats from packrats

I want to kick myself for letting it take this long. It is always so vibrant here, tons of people coming and going. Ample parking, both on and off street. A bunch of outside seating and just a crowd that is happy to be here. Then, inside, get ready for a sensory overload. All the aromas from all the different stalls will make you second guess where you will grab some grub. Then you might also want to graze...err, I mean browse on what to take home. I love exploring this place. I wandered around for quite some time until I zeroed in on where to eat. Even though this place is always so busy, it feels intimate enough to be alone in a sea of people. With that, I give you review 4400!

We decided to do our own little food tour within the market and sample some bites from a few stalls. We tried: 1. Masala dosa from Sambar & Spice. This may have been one of the best dosas I've ever had, and I'm not exaggerating. So epic! A must try, 2. Chicken dumplings from Laobun - soft, freshly prepared and melt in your mouth good. Also affordable! 3. Fish tacos from the famous seafood spot. These were sadly my least favorite item on our little food tour, the slaw was overpowering but if removed the pan seared fish was flavorless. 4. Wrapped up with some matcha and iced coffee - can't go wrong with those. Enjoyed browsing the little artisan stalls as well. An amazing stop on my trip to DC!
