I was so disappointed when I ran in to one of my favorite vendors who informed me that she was put out of the market by the manager, Ace, because she was unwilling to negotiate with a customer on the price of one of her items. I was shocked to learn of her predicament as she was one of my favorite vendors at this lively market. I bought quite a lot of her pottery and she helped me to create a unique collection of her pottery pieces. No other vendor has the specific panache that she does. Personally I think the prices of her beautiful pottery are fair and the quality of her inventory is unrivaled. It is so unfair for a person to dictate how a vendor manages their business, especially with this vendor who was ethical, personable and reliable. I am so disappointed in this management style that I do not intend to patronize this market again. I hope others will consider this business practice before seeking to vend there.

There was about a little over two dozen booths. Some will accept credit cards while others are cash only. I've noticed that if you use your credit card, taxes will automatically be charged whereas using cash can be cheaper since taxes aren't accounted for.

They were the most fun to peruse - variety of typical farmers market stuff, like locally made teas, foraged mushrooms, etc. Thankfully it was covered so we could poke around a bit. Inside, in one of the attached spaces, were craft vendors. Some unique art, vintage resellers, and trinkets. Lots of fur coats! The main part of the building was almost exclusively meat. As a visitor, this wasn't much fun to look through since we weren't grocery shopping. There was one breakfast spot inside that looked good. Otherwise, we went pretty fast through here since it was basically one long butcher shop. I'd have loved more variety and places to buy food or drinks to eat as we walked!
