Lovely practice. Both doctor and hygienist (and rest of staff too) were super nice and easy to interact with. Pleasant space -- clean and bright. Easy parking. What made this office really stand out from the rest were two things. 1) Online scheduling. This is big for me since I need to check dates with my husband so this makes it way easier. 2) Weekend and evening hours. The office was very clean and they had a little fridge where you could get a bottle of water in the waiting room which was nice. Everyone at the front desk was very nice and patient and spoke super clearly to me about everything. The wait time was almost nonexistent. When I went back I got some xrays and that was super fast and easy and then I gave the woman who was with me a rundown on what I know about my teeth and she took notes and referred everything very accurately to the main dentist when he came in. They took pictures of my teeth and there was a screen in front of my chair that showed the pictures so I could ask questions and they would explain everything to me, so I actually felt like I was in the loop with what was happening and learning. I got a teeth cleaning, and they used a different method than Ive ever expirienced at the dentist, where instead of picking the plaque away slowly they used a high pressure water thing to clean my teeth. I have really sensitive front teeth, so I questioned it because it surpised me at first, but I had the option to do either method and it was just explained to me why he chose the water one. When they showed me the after pictures, I believe the water one was the most effective and WAY more efficient method. I loved that everything was explained to me very thoroughly and clearly and every question, comment, and concern I had was super well adressed. They were patient with me and super nice and they did a great job cleaning my teeth. It was a super friendly place and I have no complaints! I especially liked being able to actually see all the pictures they took and understand them. Also, a huge plus is that scheduling my next appointment was super easy! read more

My most recent visit was less than stellar. I find the older woman at the front desk insufferable. She rudely talked over me as I explained why I needed to speak with their billing clerk (due her mistake of trying to overcharge me $178.00). I later learned that she'd failed to verify my insurance and the billing clerk made it right by charging the usual $21.00 copay. She offered no apology and even ignored my presence at the end of my appointment as I tried to schedule my next cleaning. I stood waiting at her desk for a very long time as she made calls and clacked away at her key board. She never once looked up or had the courtesy to state "I'll be with you in a moment." After a very long, uncomfortable wait, I walked out. This level of disrespect, incompetence, and disregard is disturbing and I won't tolerate it. Dr. A is an amazing Dentist, and I truly enjoyed being his patient. However, I will not stay and be shabbily treated by his ancillary staff. This woman has extremely poor customer service skills and should be removed or retrained. read more

Dr. Saeid Abbasiyan is hands down excellent. He is considerate and his precision is excellent. Came in as a new patient for a toothache and his whole team was kind and thorough with my options. Dr Abbasiyan is fast and efficient. What I value most beyond his great dental work is his kindness. I found it so refreshing that he was actually so thoughtful. Like if he thought the light was bothering me he'd tell his assistant to move it out of my eyes for the time being or something like offering a blanket when it was cold in the office. When the assistants would ask me to do something like close your mouth to use the spit suction he'd correct her and add in a "please" lol I was really just in awe of him and his ethics. I definitely recommend him as your emergency or general dentist. You won't be disappointed. read more

I went to this dentist for the first time and had a terrible experience. It wasn't until halfway through my appointment that they let me know my insurance was not going to cover the visit- after beginning the exam and X-rays that I did not give payment consent for. It was as if they had never encountered someone without insurance (even though I do have it) and made me feel incredibly embarrassed and insecure. The appointment ended up taking several hours for them to give me cost breakdowns of every little thing and discuss getting a mouth guard that I couldn't afford anyways. They started with saying I needed to look out for cavities and then changed their mind and wanted to fill them anyways- taking even more time to breakdown pricing without insurance. I begged them to just clean my teeth and I would pay out of pocket just so I could leave, so frustrated I was close to tears. I asked if these appointments take this long usually and was answered with "not when you have the right insurance." The level of unprofessionalism with their response and actions toward my situation has made me never want to return and warn anyone that MAY have any insurance issues to look elsewhere. read more

Went into the office for a wisdom teeth consultation for my son. Quite honestly I felt good about my first call. The receptionist was super friendly. I also spoke to the office manager and he was very informative with my son's procedure and my insurance. Very rarely do you have a whole office team be this professional. Best experience at a dentist I have ever had! I had a complex problem and my former dentist was not taking care of it in a timely manner. I reached out to this practice and Dr. Abbasiyan listened and took care of it rapidly with no pain and exceptional care. They even have a TV overhead with headphones to use while you have the procedure done. I am switching to this practice for all of my future care and I will be taking my daughter here as well for her dental care. The location is beautiful and the staff is amazing. Farnaz was very gentle and efficient and Shelly helped me understand my dental insurance and worked out everything for me with my dental plan and had a detailed explanation for what I could expect for the rest of the year. Dr. Abbasiyan took real good care of me. I had an infection on one tooth. He treated me prior to extraction and implant. I was very nervous about implant however Dr Abbasiyan and his team were excellent. DAsst. Held my hand they gave me a nice warm blanket. They speak Spanish which is a plus for me. I felt like family.
