Brought this to his attention again the same attitude listen I don't owe you business. I don't owe you anything you're in the customer service business! In case you forgot what that means, that means you cater to your customers. You are polite you are welcoming, you are courteous, and above all you listen to their complaints without already having a preconceived judgment that all customers are assholes!
