Stumbled upon this small pet boutique while walking around in PAC Heights and I'm so glad I did! They had everything from cat/dog bowls, beds, leashes/collars to toys and high quality single ingredient treats. I decided to grab some fish skin sticks, Lamb ears, and beef tendon for my pup. Let me tell you, he was a fan. Highly recommend checking them out!

I've been shopping at the George pet boutique since it was located in California near between Fillmore and Steiner when I previously lived here years ago. Always cute, quality items to choose from so I thought of them when I was seeking a pet gift. My neighbor is getting a new little Yorkshire terrier puppy this weekend (it's also her first dog, ever) and I wanted to stop by to buy some toys for her puppy. I was looking for toys that would fit a little Yorkshire terrier puppies mouth that did not have a loud squeaker or had some crinkly sound to it. Tara, the super awesome store clerk was very helpful with pointing out toys that met my needs. She and I also bonded over the passing if our own Yorkshire Terriers. I bought some additional treats and other dog toys for a slightly bigger dog as I often dog sit a Pomeranian. He (the Pom) loved his treats and toys however I will only give one toy or treat at a time as I don't wanna spoil him too much. It's always fun being the auntie. Prices are a little higher here than some other stores but their selection is great and sales person was super helpful and awesome. I'll be back again.

George is such a cute pet boutique in pac heights. I go here every year to get my Shiba Inu her birthday hat! They have a large selection of dehydrated treats in a "serve yourself" area as well as packaged treats and pet supplies. The workers are always very helpful and give my dog lots of samples.

Super friendly clerk. We stopped by for our dogs 2nd birthday treat! We got her a cute birthday cookie and a cannoli for her sister. Also got a sturdy/cool toy for both our girls to play with. Everything was only 23$. Good prices for an SF bakery.

My dogs will wear nothing but George collars. They're just sorta snooty that way.

The store was clean, well organized and had a lot of services available. There was the standard treats, toys, food and accessories, but there was also a self serve pet washing area, and a pet play area/ training area. Unfortunately, someone was training while we were there, but from what it looks like, when there isn't a training session you can let your dog into the area for a but. We ended up buying some treats and toys for our dog after walking around the store a couple times and letting him sniff around. The staff was friendly and it was a nice way to kill some time while we waited for an appointment.

My dog had diarrhea and vomiting all night after ingesting the collagen with beef jerky in it. I tried returning the remaining 3 of this product that made my dog sick. Told by another sales associate to get something else as exchange. I chose a product that was safe for my dog but this was $6.99 and the ones I was returning was$ 8.99. I was returning 3 and replacing with 3 that was less amount. Sales person and her supervisor, L said I would only get 32 cents back. Sales person said I can get a 4th one free. I said I wanted to an exchange and didn't want the 4th one. L said it's not the company's responsibility that my dog got sick on their product but it was my fault to give it to my dog. I asked to speak to a manager. L said that her manager, D was at the other location and I should go there to speak to him. When I asked when he will be at the location that I was having the issue then she said it's company policy that she cannot give out his schedule. She shoved back the 3 products that I was trying to return and slapped a customer service information card on the counter and told me to handle the matter with them. I told her to process the return and got $21 plus some cents back which is what my original intention was before getting talked into doing an exchange. I spoke to manager D and he immediately told me that L is one of his best employees. Later he did say he will talk to her about customer service. He said it's company policy that they cannot do a prorated exchange on the buy 3 get one free promotion. Beware about the fine print that they don't tell you about "the exchange " transaction on the buy 3 and get one free business. The company is not responsible if your dog gets sick on their product because every dog is different and it's your responsibility for giving it to your dog (even though they highly recommend this product) said by L. I do not recommend this company anymore. I was the Danville,CA location on Crow Canyon Road

So they have this awesome special that if you buy three bags of pet food, you get the 4th FREE. AND, you can mix and match. That alone is not why I love it so much though. I like the variety (Well... my CATS like the variety), and the folks who work there are very knowledgeable about all things PETS. in my last trip I had a conversation with a team member about buying grass for my cats and I took their suggestion. I brought this little thing of grass and my cats went nuts. Just another thing to add to make my kitties happy. I've also gotten some tips on OTC stuff I can give me cats when they have some respiratory stuff happening (L-Lysine FYI) and it seemed to help! One of my girls has issues and doing great. They have a huge selection of Stella & Chewy as well. If you haven't purchased this for your dog or cat, you should. THEY love the stuff. The ONLY drawback, parking can be a challenge because everyone is going to Jolibee, it's still doable though, and I'm not taking any stars for that! Just the "quick" tip, GO THERE. Nice people, great selection, and the 4 for 3 deal is great. Plus your pets will appreciate you.
