Tina is so caring and down to earth and real about being a new business owner. She answered all our questions to curb my anxieties of being a new boarding parent, and is also a vet tech so what more could you ask for! Tina is trustworthy, along with her staff, and they all truly care about our pups. Our pups went 4 times before boarding and each time they went back, they became more comfortable and confident being there. The environment is clean, open, and each time our pups have gone we have seen new items and additions thatTina has added to her daycare. We feel so confident in having our pups there while we are away and would highly recommend her daycare/grooming/boarding in Keizer

Our first and only day at dog daycare last week and our dog had to go to her vet for kennel cough…read more The dogs have no bathroom area and are left to pee and poop on the floor, which then every dog walks through. They hose the floor off with water once or twice an hour. In a room of twenty dogs there are 4 dog beds, a stepped ramp and a kiddie pool. Dogs just pace back and forth while a worker stands in the room. I added on "training" thinking it would help my dogs nerves as I watched her on their webcam pace and jump up on the worker repeatedly trying to get attention or comfort. They gave her 20 minutes of "training" which doubled the cost of daycare. This is not a good environment for dogs. Also don't park anywhere near the loading dock because that is where they rinse the urine from the daycare room throughout the day. Response: As much as I appreciate a response from the owner defending their business it did not negate the reality of our experience. The pictures I posted with this review are just screen shots of the videos I recorded of my dogs experience. Maybe don't offer live webcams if you don't want people to be unhappy with the level of care and cleanliness happening in your facility.

Nervously, I read the great reviews for All Creatures Under the Sun and decided to take a chance - a chance I wouldn't regret. My dog loves the time she spends there and sometimes isn't ready to go home! The owners are so sweet and really love animals and it's truly a great boarding facility on a large piece of land. They're conscientious of size and even personality and make sure that play dates go as smoothly as possible. As long as I'm in the Salem area, I will not be using any other service!
