I have called several times and have requested that they stop sending me mail bc it is literally a WASTE of paper and ink and time. I was just on the phone with a representative who refused to let me talk to his supervisor even though I asked 8 times to speak with a supervisor. He kept giving me the run around. I asked him, is this how you treat prospective customers by ignoring their simple request? I asked if he understood my simple request and he said he did, so I asked him if he was going to continue to ignore me. He said please hold while I get a supervisor. I waited 19 minutes on hold and the same rep came back on the phone (again, not a supervisor to whom I requested to speak) - so again, he ignored my simple request yet again. I called to have my name and address removed from their mailing list (which is the simplest request from a prospective customer), and the representative STILL wouldn't do it. Please never use such a crummy, scammy bank like PNC. They will likely steal your money unbeknownst to you like Wells Fargo and Chase bank both stole from their customers and are unbelievably still operating as banks to this day. Choose a Credit Union!! This bank is absolutely abysmal!

Pittsburgh National Bank was one of PNC's biggest subsidiaries going back to 1865. This regional, western Pennsylvania bank has spread nationwide over the last few decades. As yinzers (iykyk) now living in Austin, it's wonderful to still bank with an institution we've been with in some form for years. Whilst not fans of large conglomerates, there's something to be said about familiarity. I'm not sure why this location has a one-star review. What I've read is kinda mind boggling. Our experiences have always been pleasant and professional. The tellers do their best to accommodate needs in a timely manner. Bonus that they're open on Saturday.

There are a few helpful tellers at this location but a lot of the employees, including the manager, have serious attitude problems. Not to mention their hours are garbage and their ATM doesn't accept cash deposits lately for some reason. I was charged a whopping total of 9 NSF fees due to bank error and their ATM not accepting cash deposits. I was told my account was positive and I wouldn't receive these fees, but if I did, that they would credit them back. The first 5 that accrued were credited back after I spoke to two different people, but unfortunately due to the NSF fees making my account negative, I was charged an additional 4 fees even though I haven't used my debit card in almost 5 days. The manager refused to help me. She acted like it was my fault. I finally got the issue resolved via the liaison to the district manager who after just a few minutes figured out what happened (she was awesome) but I'm just appalled at how horribly I was treated at the branch. I suggest banking elsewhere.

It's a nice space and the lawn seating is decent as well. Like most venues, expect to pay a ridiculous price for beverages and food. Lines can get insanely long. Definitely not a place you want to drive to, parking is pretty close to non-existent. We actually walked one way on each of our visits and then took a car service. That's the best option. Overall, really good experience during both visits.

Also, plenty of laughs were shared throughout the evening. The fresh air and upbeat music made the whole experience feel uplifting and energizing. It's a perfect way to get some exercise in without it feeling like a workout. This is a great reminder of how fun simple activities can be.
