After you book, it will send you a text message as a courtesy follow-up and a reminder. When my appointment was approaching, I checked in via the URL provided by text message. The URL is also used to track the status of the vehicle; it's a great tool if I was going to drop off my vehicle but instead decided to wait. Even though I had made an appointment, I had to wait in line to be served. I don't see the benefit. Tim eventually assisted me. He walked over to my car to assess the tire. He used a gadget to check the tire tread to see if the condition was safe to drive in. After the examination, two of the front tires were in poor condition. So I had it replaced the same day; they were so efficient that I had my car within an hour; I expected to stay longer because of how busy they were. It's strange that the tire pressure indicator is still on. I did follow their instructions to drive around for at least 15-20 minutes to reset it. I'll have to deal with this tomorrow. Edit: I discovered that the tire pressure light had not been adjusted because the tire in the rear had a low air pressure of roughly 5 PSI. I'm only writing this review because one of the things they replaced was the fuel pump, and she kept smelling gas. We took the seat of her car out to look and see what was up. The mechanic at this shop only put 4 of the 6 screws back into the fuel pump housing when he replaced the pump. I can only imagine what would have happened if the car caught fire. After that They sent me to someone they knew from a body shop (route 19 body shop in elgin) to get the rear end fixed and they had my car for over 2 months and wouldn't update me or answer my calls, I went to go check up on it and found my car unlocked, with keys inside and alcoholic beverages so I took it home and was never contacted after that. There is gaps in the panels in the rear of the car and the panels that were "fixed & painted" are now chipping and peeling. Worst experience ever!
